Questo è il volantino che è stato diffuso oggi a Mestre-Marghera dai compagni e dalle compagne della TIR e del Comitato permanente contro le guerre e il razzismo, ad una massa di immigrati e immigrate di fede islamica riuniti nelle moschee cittadine per festeggiare la fine del Ramadan (Eid al-Fitr). Un’iniziativa accolta con simpatia (come altre volte), anzi: con calore. (Red.)
Ai fratelli e alle sorelle immigrati di fede musulmana
Anche questo anno il vostro giorno di festa di fine Ramadan è segnato dalla guerra contro un paese di tradizioni musulmane
Ieri l’Iraq, la Libia, il Libano, l’Afghanistan e – sempre dal 1917 – la Palestina storica. Oggi, mentre continua il genocidio a Gaza, tocca ai popoli dell’Iran e del Libano.
Ad aggredire sono sempre i paesi occidentali, con in testa gli Stati Uniti e Israele, e con l’Italia pronta a fare la sua parte in queste guerre colonialiste e imperialiste, che portano nel mondo arabo e islamico solo morte, distruzione delle città, devastazione dell’ambiente, povertà, emigrazione.
La pretesa dei governanti dell’Italia e dei paesi occidentali aggressori è di portare libertà e democrazia. Ma il loro unico scopo è impossessarsi del petrolio, del gas, dei minerali rari, delle terre, del lavoro dei paesi arabi e islamici aggrediti. Invece di libertà e democrazia, sfruttamento schiavistico, rapina, oppressione.
E spesso i vostri governi sono complici di questi crimini, e per proteggere i privilegi dei ricchi, reprimono con durezza le proteste e le rivolte delle masse lavoratrici povere.
Noi internazionalisti rivoluzionari siamo stati ogni volta, e sempre, contrari alle guerre dei governi occidentali. Ogni volta e sempre dalla parte delle popolazioni martirizzate e resistenti. E più che mai dalla parte del popolo palestinese e della sua eroica resistenza alla macchina di sterminio sionista.
Siamo e ci sentiamo vostri fratelli e sorelle in quanto lavoratori e lavoratrici come voi. Lo sfruttamento, le discriminazioni, il razzismo, il dolore che qui subite e provate nella vostra vita quotidiana, li sentiamo nostri. Ed è per questo che – dovunque possiamo – incitiamo alla organizzazione e alla lotta unitaria tra lavoratori e lavoratrici immigrati e lavoratori e lavoratrici italiani – contro tutte le forme di ingiustizia e di repressione che voi subite qui e nei vostri paesi.
Tante volte, specie negli ultimi anni, abbiamo manifestato nelle piazze per porre fine al genocidio di Gaza, per porre fine a queste guerre colonialiste e – oggi – per porre fine alla guerra all’Iran e al Libano. E vi abbiamo chiamato ad unirvi a noi. L’unità fa la forza, ed è solo mettendo in campo una grande, grandissima forza che potremo sconfiggere gli aggressori occidentali, costringerli a fermarsi, a piegare le ginocchia davanti a noi.
Prepariamo in tutta Italia – insieme con altre organizzazioni sindacali, studentesche, sociali, politiche – nuove iniziative nelle piazze alle quali vi chiediamo di unirvi per gridare insieme

يتزامن عيد الفطر، هذه السنة أيضا، مع حرب هوجاء تشن ضد بلد مسلم ذو تقاليد إسلامية.
فقد كانت العراق، بالأمس، هي ضحية هذه الحرب، بالإضافة إلى ليبيا ولبنان وافغانستان وقبلهم -فلسطين التاريخية، التي بدأت نكستها او الحرب ضدها منذ 1917 واستمرت إلى يومنا هذا؛ واليوم، بينما تستمر الإبادة الجماعية في غزة جاء دور كل من الشعوب الإيرانية واللبنانية.
المعتدون هم نفسهم دائماً، الدول الغربية، وعلى رأسهم الولايات المتحدة وإسرائيل، ومعهما إيطاليا المستعدة دائماً للعب دورها في هذه الحروب الاستعمارية والإمبريالية، التي لا تجلب إلى العالم العربي والإسلامي إلا الموت، وتدمير المدن، وتخريب البيئة، والفقر، والهجرة النازحة.
يدّعي حكام إيطاليا والدول الغربية المعتدية أنهم يجلبون الحرية والديمقراطية لهذه البلدان، لكن هدفهم الوحيد هو الاستيلاء على خيراتها من النفط والغاز والمعادن النادرة والأراضي، واستغلال عمل شعوب البلدان العربية والإسلامية المعتدى عليها. وبدلاً من الحرية والديمقراطية، يجلبون الاستغلال الاستعبادي، والنهب، والقمع.
وغالباً ما تكون حكوماتكم متواطئة حتما في هذه الجرائم، إذ تقوم بقمع احتجاجات وانتفاضات الجماهير الشعبية الفقيرة بشراسة من أجل حماية مصالح وامتيازات الطبقة الغنية.
نحن الأمميون الثوريون كنا وسنبقى دائما ضد حروب الحكومات الغربية. وإلى جانب الشعوب المقهورة والمقاومة. ونحن اليوم، أكثر من أي وقت مضى، إلى جانب الشعب الفلسطيني ومقاومته البطولية في مواجهة آلة القتل الصهيونية.
لدينا احساس، بل يقين بأننا واياكم اخوة، تجمعنا قرابة الانتماء الطبقي، بحكم أننا شغيلون وشغيلات مثلكم تماما. فالاستغلال والتمييز والعنصرية والمعاناة التي تتجرعون مرارتها يوميا نشعر بها ونحسها بعمق بانها معاناتنا. ولهذا السبب، حيثما أمكن، ندعوكم للانضمام إلى صفوفنا من اجل تنظيم ونضال مشترك يوحد بين كل الشغيلين، المهاجرين الوافدين منهم والإيطاليين وكل الشغيلات، المهاجرات الوافدات منهن والإيطاليات على حد سواء، ضد كل أشكال الظلم والقمع التي تتعرضون لها هنا وهناك، في بلدانكم.
لقد نزلنا عدة مرات، خاصة في السنوات الأخيرة، للتظاهر في الساحات والميادين من أجل وضع حد للإبادة الجماعية في غزة، ولإنهاء هذه الحروب الاستعمارية، وها نحن اليوم ننزل من جديد للتظاهر من أجل إنهاء الحرب على إيران. انضموا الينا لنوحد صفوفنا. لإن الوحدة هي مصدر القوة، وهزيمة المعتدين الغربيين وإجبارهم على التوقف والركوع امامنا لن يتحقق إلا بإنزال قوة كبيرة، كبيرة جداً إلى الشارع.
لنقم معا بتحضير مبادرات جديدة تتنوع اشكالها ويتوسع وجودها لتعم جميع أنحاء إيطاليا، بتنسيق مع منظمات نقابية وطلابية واجتماعية وسياسية أخرى، ندعوكم للانضمام إلينا إلى الميادين لنصرخ معاً:

To our Muslim immigrant brothers and sisters
This year, too, your festive day at the end of Ramadan is marked by war against a country with Muslim traditions.
Yesterday, it was Iraq, Libya, Lebanon, Afghanistan, and—again, since 1917—historic Palestine. Today, as the genocide continues in Gaza, it is the turn of the people of Iran and Lebanon.
The attackers are always Western countries, led by the United States and Israel, with Italy ready to play its part in these colonialist and imperialist wars, which bring only death, the destruction of cities, environmental devastation, poverty, and emigration to the Arab and Islamic world.
The claim of the leaders of Italy and the aggressor Western countries is to bring freedom and democracy. But their sole purpose is to seize the oil, gas, rare minerals, land, and labor of the attacked Arab and Islamic countries. Instead of freedom and democracy, slave-like exploitation, robbery, and oppression.
And often your governments are complicit in these crimes, and to protect the privileges of the rich, they harshly repress the protests and revolts of the poor working masses.
We revolutionary internationalists have always been opposed to the wars of Western governments. We have always been on the side of the martyred and resistant populations. And more than ever, we are on the side of the Palestinian people and their heroic resistance to the Zionist extermination machine.
We are and feel ourselves to be your brothers and sisters as workers like you. The exploitation, discrimination, racism, and pain you suffer here and experience in your daily lives, we feel are our own. And that is why—wherever we can—we call for organization and united struggle among immigrant workers and Italian workers against all forms of injustice and repression you suffer here and in your countries.
Many times, especially in recent years, we have demonstrated in the streets to end the genocide in Gaza, to end these colonialist wars, and—today—to end the war on Iran and Lebanon. And we have called on you to join us. Unity is strength, and only by marshaling great, tremendous strength can we defeat the Western aggressors, force them to stop, and bend their knees before us.
Across Italy—together with other trade unions, student, social, and political organizations—we are preparing new initiatives in the streets, and we ask you to join us in shouting:
ENOUGH GENOCIDE! ENOUGH COLONIAL AND IMPERIALIST WARS!
