Facendo seguito al successo della giornata internazionale contro le guerre del capitale del 24 febbraio, abbiamo ritenuto importante caratterizzare nella stessa direzione anche la giornata internazionale di lotta del Primo Maggio, e abbiamo proposto un comunicato comune ai partecipanti del 24 febbraio.
La bozza da noi proposta è stata accolta dai compagni del sindacato giapponese Doro Chiba, e con piccole modifiche da diverse organizzazioni riunite nel Fronte Unico Internazionale Anti-imperialista contro il fascismo, la guerra e la distruzione ambientale operanti in Germania, Russia, India, Francia, Portogallo, Congo, Cipro, e tra i lavoratori e le donne turche immigrati in Europa.
La stessa bozza è stata discussa con i compagni del Partido Obrero, che hanno formulato alcune utili integrazioni che rafforzano il testo in particolare con riferimento all’operazione genocida dello stato sionista in atto contro i palestinesi a Gaza e alle vicende del Sud America, ma con i quali sono emerse alcune differenti valutazioni sul ruolo dei paesi capitalisti ascendenti e sulla natura di Russia e Cina. Ciò non ha impedito, tuttavia, di pervenire a un comunicato congiunto sottoscritto anche da altre organizzazioni di America Latina, Stati Uniti, Grecia e Turchia, che contiene pressoché le stesse parole d’ordine del testo iniziale, mentre ci proponiamo di discutere più a fondo i punti sui quali sono emerse le differenze attraverso un’attenta analisi dei processi reali – il solo metodo coerentemente materialista.
Pubblichiamo qui di seguito entrambi i testi, nella convinzione che l’accelerazione in corso in direzione di riarmo e guerra e la connessa propaganda nazionalista in gran parte dei paesi rende oggi più necessario che mai lavorare per creare un fronte internazionale a base proletaria contro le guerre del capitale e per il rovesciamento del capitalismo che le genera, riunendo in esso organizzazioni che, pur provenendo da percorsi differenti, sono giunte alla medesima determinazione.

For an international and internationalist May Day against the wars of capital and war economy
Following the success of the International Day Against the Wars of Capital on 24 February, we felt it was important to characterise the International Day of Struggle on May Day in the same direction, and therefore we proposed a joint communiqué to the participants on 24 February.
The draft we proposed was accepted by the comrades of the Japanese trade union Doro Chiba, and with minor modifications by several organizations united in the International Anti-Imperialist United Front against fascism, war and environmental destruction, operating in Germany, Russia, India, France, Portugal, Congo, Cyprus, and among Turkish workers and women who have immigrated to Europe.
The same draft was discussed with the comrades of the Partido Obrero, who have proposed some useful additions which strenghten the text in particular with reference to the genocidal operation of the Zionist State against the Palestinians in Gaza and the events in South America, but with whom some different assessments emerged on the role of the ascendant capitalist countries and on the nature of Russia and China. This did not, however, prevent us from arriving at a joint communiqué, with almost the same final slogans, which was then also signed by other organizations in Latin America, the United States, Greece and Turkey, while we propose to discuss more deeply the points on which the differences emerged – through a careful analysis of the real processes, the only coherently materialist method.
We publish both texts below, in the conviction that the ongoing acceleration in the direction of rearmament and war and the related nationalist propaganda in most countries makes it more necessary than ever to work to create an international front with a proletarian base against the wars of capital and for the overthrow of the capitalism that generates them, bringing together organizations that, although coming from different paths, have come to the same determination.

Primo maggio 2024 – Lavoratori di tutto il mondo uniti contro le guerre, la militarizzazione e l’economia di guerra
Settimana dopo settimana le trombe e i tamburi di guerra si fanno sempre più forti, con l’Europa in prima fila. Mentre infuria il massacro imperialista in Ucraina, i membri europei della NATO invocano e pianificano la “preparazione alla guerra”, l’”economia di guerra”, il ripristino della coscrizione militare, alimentando il nazionalismo reazionario e la xenofobia. L’UE e i suoi Stati membri incrementano i bilanci militari, preparando i lavoratori e i giovani ad essere la “carne da cannone” per accaparrarsi la loro parte di bottino nella rispartizione del mondo.
La guerra genocida di Israele contro il popolo palestinese ha appena completato i 6 mesi con decine di migliaia di bambini e anziani palestinesi morti, grazie al patrocinio degli Stati Uniti e delle altre potenze imperialiste su cui Israele si appoggia per commettere massacri quotidiani nella totale impunità.
Al momento della stesura di questo appello internazionalista per il 1° maggio, la tensione politica internazionale è diventata significativamente più grave, minacciando di sfociare in una guerra generalizzata nel Medio Oriente.
L’evidente tentativo del governo Netanyahu di superare le sue difficoltà allargando la guerra all’intera regione mediorientale deve indurci a rafforzare ulteriormente la mobilitazione internazionale contro lo stato sionista e i suoi protettori.
Sul confine orientale dell’Eurasia, nel Pacifico, il governo giapponese sta revisionando la Costituzione – con l’avallo dei vincitori statunitensi che la imposero alla potenza sconfitta, con il terrore di due bombe atomiche – per procedere a un riarmo sfrenato e su larga scala e fronteggiare la crescente influenza economica e la crescente assertività militare della Cina nella regione, dove il futuro di Taiwan è una bomba a orologeria.
Il contesto globale della crisi capitalistica e la crescente rivalità tra le potenze capitaliste, incluse la Russia e la Cina, stanno minando la supremazia industriale e finanziaria degli stati imperialisti storici, gli Stati Uniti e l’Europa. Lungi dal creare a livello internazionale un nuovo equilibrio bilanciato e pacifico, come sostengono i supporter del “mondo multipolare”, questo processo sta spingendo le potenze in declino a puntellare il loro primato attraverso il protezionismo, la politica industriale finanziata dallo Stato e l’interventismo militare. La terza guerra mondiale non è mai stata un risultato così probabile, intenzionale o non intenzionale, della contesa inter-capitalistica.
Mentre la guerra in Ucraina sta massacrando centinaia di migliaia di persone e sfollando milioni di persone nel nucleo europeo del capitalismo, nel continente africano – Sudan e Congo in prima linea – si stanno combattendo guerre di minore intensità, ma non meno sanguinose, nello scontro tra gli stessi monopoli che si contendono le risorse naturali e la manodopera a basso costo.
Anche in America Latina, se il confronto tra le grandi potenze non esplode in guerre aperte, si manifesta invece nell’appoggio borghese ai colpi di stato militari o ai caudillos di destra (per ultimo, Milei in Argentina), di solito allineati con gli imperialismi statunitensi o europei, per condurre una guerra aperta contro i lavoratori, sopprimendo le conquiste storiche dei lavoratori e il loro diritto ad auto-organizzarsi, scioperare e protestare. Solo la lotta indipendente e la mobilitazione dei lavoratori alla testa degli sfruttati, sostenuta dall’unità degli occupati e dei disoccupati, possono fermarli, non certo le coalizioni borghesi di centro-sinistra come quella di Lula in Brasile, che si stanno riconciliando con i militari fascistoidi e promulgando una legislazione favorevole al capitale contro il lavoro, oppure come il peronismo in Argentina o il CHP kemalista in Turchia, che propongono che propongono ai lavoratori affamati di “aspettare” fino a quando Milei o Erdogan non si sfiniranno da sé, per sconfiggerli infine in elezioni lontane nel 2027 o nel 2028.
Israele sta approfittando di questo contesto bellicoso e militarista per conquistare il suo “spazio vitale” con la creazione di un Grande Israele, andando avanti sulla propria strada genocida contro i palestinesi di Gaza e intensificando la pulizia etnica. Dietro Israele c’è il suo sponsor, gli Stati Uniti e l’imperialismo occidentale che, nonostante gli attriti e le divergenze, continuano a sostenere il genocidio sul piano militare e finanziario.
Noi rivoluzionari sosteniamo il diritto degli oppressi di ribellarsi con tutti i mezzi. Il 7 ottobre è stato una risposta alla politica sempre più aggressiva di Israele contro il popolo palestinese a Gaza, a Gerusalemme e in Cisgiordania, che ha messo in crisi l’impegno della sua leadership negli accordi di Oslo e l’impraticabile soluzione dei due Stati. Dichiariamo il nostro sostegno incondizionato al fronte unito delle organizzazioni della resistenza palestinese e sottolineiamo che la vittoria del popolo palestinese dipende dalla trasformazione dell’attuale conflitto in una rivoluzione che dovrà conquistare una Palestina unita, laica e socialista, possibile solo con una sollevazione rivoluzionaria nell’intera regione che unisca gli sfruttati nella lotta per una Federazione socialista del Medio Oriente.
L’emozione, l’indignazione, la volontà di lottare contro l’oppressione e il genocidio di Israele in Palestina devono contribuire ad accrescere la consapevolezza del quadro più ampio delle altre guerre non meno sanguinose e del pericolo incombente di una terza guerra mondiale. I lavoratori, i proletari, le masse chiamate ad accettare pesanti sacrifici per l’economia di guerra e a massacrarsi tra loro per decidere chi li sfrutterà, devono rifiutare questi sacrifici, dichiarare guerra alle guerre del capitale e organizzarsi per rovesciare il dominio capitalista sul mondo.
Storicamente il Primo Maggio è la giornata internazionale di lotta dei lavoratori per la riduzione dell’orario di lavoro e per l’emancipazione dallo sfruttamento capitalistico. Il Primo Maggio è anche la giornata internazionale di lotta dei lavoratori contro lo Stato borghese, che ha sostenuto lo sfruttamento del capitale attraverso tutti i suoi poteri: la legislazione che garantisce i “diritti” del capitale sulla schiavitù salariata, la magistratura che garantisce il capitale contro qualsiasi lotta che metta a rischio l’oppressione di classe (a partire dall’impiccagione di quattro leader operai a Chicago nel 1886), e le “forze dell’ordine” che in tutto il mondo conducono la guerra interna per garantire lo sfruttamento contro la resistenza dei lavoratori mediante scioperi e picchetti.
Il pericolo più grande che i lavoratori e l’umanità intera devono affrontare oggi è il pericolo di una guerra generalizzata, che significa una carneficina su scala mondiale come quelle che si stanno verificando in Ucraina, Sudan, Congo, Yemen, Palestina. Dobbiamo combatterlo subito, opponendoci ai governi imperialisti, autori delle guerre attuali, unendo le forze a livello internazionale in un campo proletario, contro i campi imperialisti in guerra. Non si tratta di opporci alla guerra con il cosiddetto pacifismo. Dobbiamo opporre al veleno del nazionalismo reazionario che stanno inculcando nella classe operaia l’antidoto dell’internazionalismo proletario. Condividiamo con i lavoratori di tutto il mondo i nostri interessi di classe a salari migliori, a ridurre l’orario di lavoro, a un lavoro e a un ambiente più sani, a vivere insieme agli altri lavoratori. Condividiamo il profondo desiderio di vivere in pace con le nostre sorelle e i nostri fratelli in tutto il mondo.
Dichiariamo il nostro più fervente sostegno alla lotta dei popoli oppressi che si trovano ad affrontare l’oppressione imperialista, consapevoli che la sconfitta di un paese oppressore è un colpo per l’ordine imperialista mondiale e una leva per rafforzare la causa degli sfruttati in tutto il mondo. I lavoratori delle metropoli hanno il dovere di mobilitarsi all’interno dei propri confini a sostegno dei popoli che sono vittime dell’assoggettamento della borghesia imperialista nei loro rispettivi paesi. Questa mobilitazione politica oggi è prima di tutto a sostegno del popolo palestinese.
Opponiamo la fratellanza di classe tra nativi e immigrati alla xenofobia che mira a dividere i lavoratori: la nostra classe è internazionale, centinaia di milioni di noi sono costretti dalla guerra, dalla siccità e dalle catastrofi climatiche, dall’accaparramento delle terre, a spostarsi dalle campagne alle città, o a emigrare in altri Paesi correndo grandi rischi. Se i lavoratori autoctoni uniscono le loro lotte con quelle dei lavoratori immigrati, questi ultimi non saranno usati per abbassare i salari.
Opponiamoci all’economia di guerra!
Dobbiamo chiarire che in una guerra imperialista come quella in Ucraina non c’è nessuna parte per cui schierarsi, che “il nemico è nel nostro stesso paese”. Questa guerra è una guerra inter-imperialista, mascherata da entrambe le parti con argomentazioni pseudo-progressiste e pseudo-democratiche. Per russi e ucraini il nemico sono i loro stessi governi che hanno gettato centinaia di migliaia di proletari nel tritacarne de campi di battaglia per uccidersi e mutilarsi a vicenda per gli interessi di sfruttamento delle rispettive classi dominanti. Per i lavoratori dei paesi europei e americani della NATO il nemico sono i loro stessi governi che inviano armi, pagate dai lavoratori, affinché i lavoratori ucraini versino il loro sangue per consentire alle multinazionali della NATO di estendere il loro sfruttamento al territorio e alla classe operaia dell’Ucraina. Dall’altra parte, Putin non rappresenta certo un tentativo antimperialista, ma cerca di assicurare per l’oligarchia capitalista russa una fetta della ricchezza globale, ricorrendo anche a una propaganda che attacca la politica di Lenin e glorifica la Russia zarista.
Tutti gli Stati, tutti i governi, sono espressione di borghesie sfruttatrici legate alle grandi potenze imperialiste, ai monopoli capitalisti, al sistema finanziario internazionale, e sono parte integrante del sistema sociale che produce la guerra. Sebbene diversi paesi abbiano conflitti sempre più aspri con le grandi potenze capitaliste occidentali, nessuno di loro può essere alleato nella guerra alla guerra della classe lavoratrice. Lo si può capire facilmente osservando il tipo di relazioni che questi stati hanno con le loro classi lavoratrici e con i lavoratori dei paesi che si trovano nelle loro rispettive sfere di influenza.
Il nostro campo non è il campo degli Stati borghesi, è il campo delle classi sfruttate e oppresse, dei lavoratori, del proletariato internazionale, l’unica classe che ha l’interesse e ha la forza – se si organizza – di porre fine alle guerre che i suoi sfruttatori conducono a sue spese. È necessario che le organizzazioni che poggiano le proprie basi su un coerente internazionalismo proletario uniscano le proprie forze per prendere iniziative comuni. Il tempo è ora, prima che sia troppo tardi!
Il passato è importante, ma saremo giudicati in base alla nostra capacità di affrontare a testa alta le sfide del nostro periodo storico.

– Fermare la guerra NATO-Russia in Ucraina! “Il nemico è in casa!”
– NO alla corsa agli armamenti e all’economia di guerra! Assistenza sanitaria e istruzione gratuite per tutti! Lavorare meno, lavorare tutti!
– Fermare il genocidio a Gaza, Palestina libera! Sosteniamo la resistenza palestinese! Stop all’oppressione nazionale, razziale, etnica, religiosa ovunque!
– No all’ingerenza imperialista e alle guerre per procura in Sudan, Congo e ovunque!
– No all’oppressione dei curdi! Difendiamo il diritto all’autodeterminazione del popolo curdo.
– Abbasso il nazionalismo reazionario e la xenofobia! Internazionalismo proletario!
– Per una società senza sfruttamento e senza guerre, in armonia tra uomo e natura.
– Per i governi operai e il socialismo.

May Day 2024: Workers of the world against wars, militarization, and the war economy
Week after week the trumpets and drums of war are getting louder and louder, with Europe in the first line. While the imperialist slaughter in Ukraine is raging on, European members of NATO are calling and planning for “preparations for war ”, “war economy”, reinstating military conscription, stoking reactionary nationalism and xenophobia. The EU and its member states increase their military budgets, preparing to make the workers and the youth “cannon fodder” to prop up their share in the re-division of the world.
Israel’s genocidal war against the Palestinian people has just completed 6 months with tens of thousands of Palestinian children and old people dead, thanks to the sponsorship of the USA and other imperialist powers on which it relies to commit daily massacres with total impunity.
At the time of drafting this internationalist appeal for May 1st, international political tension has become significantly more severe, threatening to break out into a generalized war in the Middle East.
The Netanyahu government’s evident attempt to overcome its difficulties by expanding the war to the entire Middle East region must lead us to further strengthen the international mobilisation against the Zionist state and its protectors.
On the Pacific border of Eurasia, Japan’s government is revising the constitution – with the endorsement of the U.S. victors who imposed it on the defeated power, with the terror of two atomic bombs – in order to carry out an unrestrained, full-scale rearmament and face off China’s growing economic influence and military assertiveness in the region, where Taiwan’s future is playing the role of a time bomb.
The global context of capitalist crisis and growing rivalry between capitalist powers, including Russia and China, are undermining the industrial and financial supremacy of the established imperialist states, the U.S. and Europe. Far from creating a new balanced and peaceful equilibrium as the supporters of the “multipolar world” claim, this is pushing the declining powers to shore up their primacy through protectionism, state-funded industrial policy, and military intervention. The Third World War has never been so likely an outcome, whether intended or unintended, of inter- capitalist strife.
While the war in Ukraine is slaughtering hundreds of thousands people and displacing millions in the European core of capitalism, in the African continent – Sudan and Congo in the frontline – lower-intensity, but no less bloody wars are being waged in the clash between the same monopolies competing for natural resources and cheap labour.
Even in Latin America, whereas the confrontation between big powers does not explode in open wars, it manifests itself in the bourgeois support for military coups or right-wing caudillos (the latest being Milei in Argentina), usually aligned with the U.S. or European imperialisms, to carry out an open war against workers, taking away historic labour gains and the rights to self organisation, strike and protest. Only the independent struggle and mobilisation of the workers at the head of the exploited people, sustained by the unity of the employed and the unemployed can stop them, certainly not the centre-left bourgeois coalitions like Lula’s in Brazil, which are conciliating with the fascistoid military and also enacting capital-friendly legislation against labour, Peronism in Argentina or the Kemalist CHP in Turkey, which propose to the starving working people to “wait” until Milei or Erdogan “get worn out” in order to defeat them in faraway elections in 2027 or 2028.
Israel is taking advantage of this warlike and militaristic environment to achieve its “vital space” establishing a Greater Israel, going its own genocidal way against Gaza Palestinians, aiming at intensifying ethnic cleansing. Behind Israel stands its sponsor, the United States and Western imperialism, which, despite frictions and divergences, continue to support the genocide militarily and financially.
We revolutionaries uphold the right of the oppressed to revolt by all means. October 7 was a response to Israel’s increasingly aggressive policy against the Palestinian people in Gaza, Jerusalem and the West Bank, which has put its leadership’s commitment to the Oslo Accords and the unworkable two-state solution in crisis. We declare our unconditional support for the united front of the organizations of Palestinian resistance and we emphasise that the victory of the Palestinian people depends on transforming the current conflict into a revolution that will conquer a unique, secular and socialist Palestine, which is only possible with a revolutionary wave in the region, uniting in the struggle for a Socialist Federation of the Middle East.
The emotion, the indignation, the will to fight against Israel’s oppression and genocide in Palestine must help raise awareness of the larger picture of the other not less bloody wars, and of the looming danger of a Third World War. The workers, the proletarians called upon to accept heavy sacrifices for the economy of war, and to slaughter one another to decide who will exploit them, must reject these sacrifices, and declare war on the wars of capital and organise themselves to overthrow capitalist domination of the world.
May Day is the historical international day of the workers’ struggle for the reduction of working time and for emancipation from capitalist exploitation. May Day is also the workers’ international day of struggle against the bourgeois state, which has supported capital’s exploitation through all its powers: legislation that guarantees the “rights” of capital over wage slavery, the judicial that guarantees capital against any struggle that imperils class oppression (since hanging four worker leaders in Chicago in 1886), and the armed enforcement agencies that all over the world are waging the internal war to enforce exploitation against workers’ resistance through strikes and pickets.
The biggest danger facing workers and the whole humankind today is the danger of the capitalist governments dragging the people into a situation of generalised war, which means a worldwide butchery of the kind occurring in Ukraine, Sudan, Congo, Palestine. We must fight it right now, opposing the imperialist governments, perpetrators of the present wars, joining forces internationally in a proletarian camp, against the warring imperialist camps. It is not a question of opposing war with so-called pacifism. We must oppose the reactionary nationalist poison they are inculcating into the working class with the antidote of proletarian internationalism. We share our class interests to better wages, shorter work weeks, healthier work, and lives with other workers around the world. We share the deep desire to live in peace with our sisters and our brothers all over the world.
We declare our most fervent support for the struggle of the oppressed peoples who are facing imperialist oppression, conscious that the defeat of an oppressor nation is a blow to the imperialist world order and a lever to strengthen the cause of the exploited all over the world. The workers of the metropolises have the duty to mobilise within their own borders in support of the peoples who are victims of the subjugation of the imperialist bourgeoisie in their respective countries. This political mobilisation today is first of all in support of the Palestinian people.
Let’s oppose class fraternity between native born and immigrants to xenophobia aimed at dividing workers: our class is international, hundreds of millions of us are compelled by war, draught and climate change, land grabbing, to move from countryside to cities, or emigrate to other countries taking big risks. If native workers join their struggles with immigrant workers’, the latter won’t be used to push wages down.
Let’s oppose the war economy!
We must make it clear that in an imperialist war like Ukraine there is no side to be taken, that “the enemy is in our own country”. This war is an inter-imperialist war, disguised by each side with pseudo-progressive and pseudo-democratic arguments. The enemy for Russians and Ukrainians are their own governments, which have thrown hundreds of thousands of proletarians into the meat grinder of battlefields to kill and maim each other for the exploitative interests of their respective ruling classes. For workers of European and American NATO countries the enemy are their own governments, which are sending weapons, paid for by their own workers, for Ukrainians workers to shed their blood for NATO corporations to extend their exploitation to the Ukrainian territory and working class. On the other hand, Putin does not represent an anti-imperialist attempt, but seeks to secure the Russian capitalist oligarchy’s share of the global pie, even resorting to a propaganda that attacks Lenin’s policy and glorifies Tsarist Russia.
All capitalist states, all governments, with their internal struggles and divisions, are expressions of profiteering bourgeoisies linked to the major imperialist powers, to the capitalist monopolies, to the international financial system, and are part and parcel of the social system that produces war. Although several countries have increasingly sharp conflicts with Western big capitalist powers, none of them can be allies in the workers’ war on war. It can easily be realized when looking at what kind of relations these states have with their working classes, and with the workers of the countries that are in their respective spheres of influence.
Our camp is not the camp of the bourgeois states, it is the camp of the exploited and oppressed classes, of the workers, of the international proletariat, the only class that has an interest, and has the strength – if it organises itself – to put an end to the wars that its exploiters wage at its expense. It is necessary for the organisations that stand on the ground of coherent proletarian internationalism, to come together in common initiatives. The time is now, before it is too late!
The past matters, but we will be judged from our ability to meet the challenges of our historical period head-on.
On May Day 2024 let us take the streets with the same watchwords all over the world:
– Stop the NATO-Russia war in Ukraine! “The enemy is at home!”
– NO to arms race and war economy! Free health care and education for all! Work less, work all!
– Stop genocide on Gaza, free Palestine! Let’s support the Palestinian resistance! Stop national,
racial, ethnic, religious oppression everywhere!
– No to imperialist meddling and proxy wars in Sudan, Congo, and everywhere!
– No to oppression of Kurds! Defend the self-determination right of Kurdish people.
– Down with reactionary nationalism and xenophobia! working-class internationalism!
– for a society without exploitation and war, of harmony between man and nature.
– For workers’ governments and socialism.
Proletarians of all countries, let’s unite!

Primero de Mayo de 2024 : Los trabajadores del mundo contra las guerras, la militarización y la economía de guerra
Semana tras semana las trompetas y los tambores de guerra suenan cada vez más fuerte, incluyendo a Europa en la primera línea. Mientras continúa la matanza imperialista en Ucrania, los miembros europeos de la OTAN están llamando y planificando “preparativos para la guerra”, “economía de guerra”, reinstaurando el servicio militar obligatorio, avivando el nacionalismo reaccionario y la xenofobia. La UE y sus estados miembros aumentan sus presupuestos militares, preparándose para hacer de los trabajadores y la juventud “carne de cañón” para apuntalar su parte en la re-división del mundo.
La guerra genocida de Israel contra el pueblo palestino acaba de cumplir 6 meses con decenas de miles de niños y ancianos palestinos muertos, gracias al patrocinio de EEUU y otras potencias imperialistas en las que se apoya para cometer masacres diarias con total impunidad.
En el momento de redactar este llamamiento internacionalista para el 1 de mayo, la tensión política internacional se ha agravado significativamente, amenazando con estallar en una guerra generalizada en Oriente Medio.
El evidente intento del gobierno de Netanyahu de superar sus dificultades ampliando la guerra a toda la región de Oriente Medio debe llevarnos a reforzar aún más la movilización internacional contra el Estado sionista y sus protectores.
En la frontera del Pacífico de Eurasia, el gobierno de Japón está revisando la constitución -con el aval de los vencedores estadounidenses que la impusieron a la potencia derrotada, con el terror de dos bombas atómicas- para llevar a cabo un rearme total y sin restricciones y hacer frente a la creciente influencia económica y proactividad militar de China en la región, donde el futuro de Taiwán funciona como una bomba de tiempo.
El contexto mundial de crisis capitalista y la creciente rivalidad entre las potencias capitalistas, incluidas Rusia y China, están socavando la supremacía industrial y financiera de los Estados imperialistas establecidos, Estados Unidos y Europa. Lejos de crear un nuevo equilibrio equilibrado y pacífico, como pretenden los partidarios del “mundo multipolar”, esto está empujando a las potencias en declive a apuntalar su primacía mediante el proteccionismo, la política industrial financiada por el Estado y la intervención militar. La Tercera Guerra Mundial nunca ha sido un resultado tan probable, intencionado o no, de las luchas inter-capitalistas.
Mientras la guerra en Ucrania está masacrando a cientos de miles de personas y desplazando a millones en el núcleo europeo del capitalismo, en el continente africano -Sudán y el Congo en primera lugar- se libran guerras de menor intensidad, pero no menos sangrientas, en el enfrentamiento entre los mismos monopolios que compiten por los recursos naturales y la mano de obra barata.
Incluso en América Latina, mientras que el enfrentamiento entre las grandes potencias no estalla en guerras abiertas, se manifiesta en el apoyo burgués a golpes militares o caudillos de derecha (el último: Milei en Argentina), generalmente alineados con los imperialismos norteamericano o europeo, para llevar adelante una guerra abierta contra los trabajadores, arrebatándoles conquistas laborales históricas y los derechos a la auto-organización, la huelga y la protesta. Sólo la lucha independiente y la movilización de los trabajadores a la cabeza de los explotados, sostenida por la unidad de los asalariados y los desocupados puede detenerlos, ciertamente no las coaliciones burguesas de centroizquierda como la de Lula en Brasil, que concilian con los militares fascistoides y además promulgan leyes favorables al capital contra el trabajo, el peronismo en Argentina o el kemalista CHP en Turquía, que proponen a los hambrientos trabajadores “esperar” a que Milei o Erdogan “se desgasten” para derrotarlos en las lejanas elecciones de 2027 o 2028.
Israel está aprovechando este ambiente bélico y militarista para lograr su “espacio vital” estableciendo un Gran Israel, siguiendo su propio camino genocida contra los palestinos de Gaza, con el objetivo de intensificar la limpieza étnica. Detrás de Israel está su patrocinador, Estados Unidos y el imperialismo occidental, que, a pesar de las fricciones y divergencias, siguen apoyando militar y financieramente el genocidio.
Los revolucionarios defendemos el derecho de los oprimidos a rebelarse por todos los medios. El 7 de octubre fue una respuesta a la política cada vez más agresiva de Israel contra el pueblo palestino en Gaza, Jerusalén y Cisjordania, que ha puesto en crisis el compromiso de sus dirigentes con los Acuerdos de Oslo y la inviable solución de los dos Estados. Declaramos nuestro apoyo incondicional al frente único de las organizaciones de la resistencia palestina y subrayamos que la victoria del pueblo palestino depende de la transformación del actual conflicto en una revolución que conquiste una Palestina única, laica y socialista, lo que sólo es posible con una oleada revolucionaria en la región, uniéndose en la lucha por una Federación Socialista de Oriente Medio.
La emoción, la indignación, la voluntad de luchar contra la opresión y el genocidio de Israel en Palestina deben ayudar a tomar conciencia del panorama más amplio de las otras guerras no menos sangrientas, y del peligro inminente de una Tercera Guerra Mundial. Los trabajadores, los proletarios llamados a aceptar grandes sacrificios por la economía de guerra, y a masacrarse unos a otros para decidir quién les explotará, deben rechazar estos sacrificios y declarar la guerra a las guerras del capital y organizarse para derrocar la dominación capitalista del mundo.
Históricamente, el Primero de Mayo es el día internacional de la lucha de los trabajadores por la reducción del tiempo de trabajo y por la emancipación de la explotación capitalista. El Primero de Mayo es también el día internacional de la lucha de los trabajadores contra el Estado burgués, que ha apoyado la explotación del capital a través de todos sus poderes: la legislación que garantiza los “derechos” del capital sobre la esclavitud asalariada, la justicia que garantiza al capital contra cualquier lucha que ponga en peligro la opresión de clase (desde el ahorcamiento de cuatro dirigentes obreros en Chicago en 1886), y los organismos de represión armados que en todo el mundo libran la guerra interna para imponer la explotación contra la resistencia de los trabajadores a través de huelgas y piquetes.
El mayor peligro al que se enfrentan hoy los trabajadores y toda la humanidad es el peligro de que los gobiernos capitalistas arrastren a los pueblos a una situación de guerra generalizada, lo que significa una carnicería mundial del tipo de las que están ocurriendo en Ucrania, Sudán, Congo, Palestina. Debemos combatirla ahora mismo, oponiéndonos a los gobiernos imperialistas, autores de las guerras actuales, uniendo nuestras fuerzas internacionalmente en un campo proletario, contra los campos imperialistas en guerra. No se trata de oponerse a la guerra con el llamado pacifismo. Debemos oponer nuestro internacionalismo proletario al veneno nacionalista reaccionario que están inculcando a la clase obrera. Compartimos nuestros intereses de clase por mejores salarios, semanas laborales más cortas, trabajo y vidas más saludables con otros trabajadores de todo el mundo. Compartimos el profundo deseo de vivir en paz con nuestras hermanas y nuestros hermanos de todo el mundo.
Declaramos nuestro más ferviente apoyo a la lucha de los pueblos oprimidos que se enfrentan a la opresión imperialista, conscientes de que la derrota de una nación opresora es un golpe al orden imperialista mundial y una palanca para fortalecer la causa de los explotados de todo el mundo. Los trabajadores de las metrópolis tienen el deber de movilizarse dentro de sus fronteras en apoyo de los pueblos víctimas del sometimiento de la burguesía imperialista en sus respectivos países. Esta movilización política de hoy es, en primer lugar, en apoyo del pueblo palestino.
Opongamos la fraternidad de clase entre nativos e inmigrantes a la xenofobia destinada a dividir a los trabajadores: nuestra clase es internacional, cientos de millones de nosotros nos vemos obligados por la guerra, la sequía y el cambio climático, el acaparamiento de tierras, a trasladarnos del campo a la ciudad o a emigrar a otros países asumiendo grandes riesgos. Si los trabajadores nativos unen sus luchas a las de los trabajadores inmigrantes, estas últimas no se utilizarán para presionar a la baja los salarios.
¡Opongámonos a la economía de guerra!
Debemos dejar claro que en una guerra imperialista como la de Ucrania no se puede tomar partido, que “el enemigo está en nuestro propio país”. Esta guerra es una guerra interimperialista, disfrazada por cada bando con argumentos pseudo-progresistas y pseudo-democráticos. El enemigo de cada ruso y ucraniano es su propio gobierno, ambos los cuales han arrojado a cientos de miles de proletarios a la picadora de carne de los campos de batalla para matarse y mutilarse unos a otros por los intereses explotadores de sus respectivas clases dominantes. Para los trabajadores de los países europeos y americanos de la OTAN el enemigo son sus propios gobiernos, que están enviando armas, pagadas por sus propios trabajadores, para que los trabajadores ucranianos derramen su sangre para que las corporaciones de la OTAN extiendan su explotación al territorio y a la clase obrera ucraniana. Por otro lado, Putin no representa un planteo anti-imperialista, sino que busca asegurar la parte del pastel mundial de la oligarquía capitalista rusa, recurriendo incluso a una propaganda que ataca la política de Lenin y glorifica a la Rusia zarista.
Todos los Estados capitalistas, todos los gobiernos, con sus luchas y divisiones internas, son expresiones de burguesías especuladoras vinculadas a las grandes potencias imperialistas, a los monopolios capitalistas, al sistema financiero internacional, y son parte integrante del sistema social que produce la guerra. Aunque varios países tienen conflictos cada vez más agudos con las grandes potencias capitalistas occidentales, ninguno de ellos puede ser aliado en la guerra de los trabajadores contra la guerra. Es fácil darse cuenta de ello al observar qué tipo de relaciones mantienen estos estados con sus clases trabajadoras, y con los trabajadores de los países que se encuentran en sus respectivas esferas de influencia.
Nuestro campo no es el campo de los Estados burgueses, es el campo de las clases explotadas y oprimidas, de los trabajadores, del proletariado internacional, la única clase que tiene interés y fuerza -si se organiza- para poner fin a las guerras que sus explotadores libran a su costa. Es necesario que las organizaciones que se apoyan en un internacionalismo proletario coherente se unan en iniciativas comunes. El momento es ahora, ¡antes de que sea demasiado tarde!
El pasado importa, pero se nos juzgará por nuestra capacidad de encarar de frente los retos de nuestro periodo histórico.
El Primero de Mayo de 2024 salgamos a la calle con las mismas consignas en todo el mundo:
– ¡Detengamos la guerra OTAN-Rusia en Ucrania! “¡el enemigo está en casa!”
– ¡NO a la carrera armamentística y a la economía de guerra! ¡Sanidad y educación gratuitas para todos! ¡Trabajar menos, trabajar todos!
– ¡Alto al genocidio en Gaza, Palestina libre! ¡Apoyemos la resistencia palestina! ¡Alto a la opresión nacional, racial, étnica y religiosa en todas partes!
– ¡No a la injerencia imperialista y a las guerras por procuración en Sudán, Congo y en todas partes!
– ¡No a la opresión de los kurdos! Defender el derecho de autodeterminación de los kurdos.
– ¡Abajo el nacionalismo chauvinista y la xenofobia! ¡internacionalismo obrero!
– Por una sociedad sin explotación ni guerra, de armonía entre el hombre y la naturaleza.
– Por gobiernos obreros y el socialismo.

Primo Maggio 2024 – Lavoratori del mondo uniti contro le guerre, la preparazione alla guerra e l’economia di guerra
Settimana dopo settimana le trombe e i tamburi di guerra si fanno sempre più forti, con l’Europa in prima linea. Mentre infuria il massacro imperialista in Ucraina, con la Russia che sta prevalendo, i membri europei della NATO invocano e pianificano la “preparazione alla guerra”, l’”economia di guerra”, la ripresa della coscrizione militare, fomentando il nazionalismo e la xenofobia.
Sul confine orientale dell’Eurasia, nel Pacifico, il governo giapponese sta revisionando la Costituzione – con l’avallo dei vincitori statunitensi che la imposero alla potenza sconfitta, con il terrore di due bombe atomiche – per procedere a un riarmo sfrenato e su larga scala e fronteggiare la crescente influenza economica e la crescente assertività militare della Cina nella regione, dove il futuro di Taiwan è una bomba a orologeria.
L’ascesa di nuove potenze capitalistiche, che sfidano la supremazia industriale e finanziaria degli Stati imperialisti consolidati, gli Stati Uniti e l’Europa, lungi dal creare un nuovo equilibrio pacifico, spinge le potenze in declino a rafforzare la loro supremazia attraverso il protezionismo, la politica industriale finanziata dallo Stato e l’intervento militare. La terza guerra mondiale, potenzialmente nucleare, non è mai stata tanto probabile quale esito, voluto o non voluto, delle contese intercapitalistiche.
Mentre la guerra in Ucraina sta massacrando centinaia di migliaia di persone e sfollando milioni di persone nel nucleo europeo del capitalismo, nel continente africano – Sudan e Congo in prima linea – si stanno combattendo guerre sanguinose nello scontro tra gli stessi monopoli che si contendono le risorse naturali e la manodopera a basso costo.
Anche in America Latina, mentre il confronto tra le grandi potenze non esplode in guerre aperte, si manifesta nel sostegno borghese a colpi di Stato o caudillos populisti (l’ultimo è Milei in Argentina), solitamente allineati con gli imperialismi statunitense ed europei, per condurre una guerra aperta contro i lavoratori, tagliando lo stato sociale e i diritti di auto-organizzazione, sciopero e protesta. Solo la lotta dei lavoratori, dei Paesi oppressi e di tutti gli oppressi, condotta da organizzazioni anticapitaliste, può fermarli, non certo le coalizioni borghesi di centro-sinistra come quella di Lula in Brasile, che stanno anche varando leggi favorevoli al capitale contro il lavoro.
Israele sta approfittando di questo contesto per realizzare il suo “spazio vitale” e creare una Grande Israele, procedendo nell’offensiva genocida contro i palestinesi di Gaza, con l’obiettivo di intensificare la pulizia etnica, anche in parziale attrito con i loro sponsor statunitensi, che stanno cercando di esercitare una bilancia di potenza nella regione – come dimostra l’invio delle bombe per radere al suolo Gaza e, allo stesso tempo, il lancio di pasti simbolici per i sopravvissuti. Sosteniamo la lotta del popolo palestinese contro l’oppressione sionista, il genocidio e la morte per fame, contro la pulizia etnica a Gaza e in tutta la Palestina. Molti avvoltoi, sia tra le principali potenze imperialiste che nella regione, si atteggiano a colombe e invitano alla moderazione e al cessate il fuoco, solo per ottenere un maggior peso negli affari regionali sulle spalle del popolo palestinese. Solo le masse sfruttate del Medio Oriente, che hanno protestato a sostegno dei palestinesi contro i propri governi per non aver fatto nulla per opporsi alla guerra di Israele, sono vere amiche dei palestinesi, insieme alle centinaia di migliaia di persone che sono scese in piazza in tutto il mondo e hanno boicottato Israele.
L’emozione, l’indignazione, la volontà di lottare contro l’oppressione e il genocidio di Israele in Palestina devono contribuire ad accrescere la consapevolezza del quadro più ampio delle altre guerre non meno sanguinose e del pericolo incombente di una terza guerra mondiale. I lavoratori, i proletari, le masse chiamate ad accettare pesanti sacrifici per l’economia di guerra e a massacrarsi tra loro per decidere chi li sfrutterà, devono rifiutare questi sacrifici, dichiarare guerra alle guerre del capitale e organizzarsi per rovesciare il dominio capitalista sul mondo.
Storicamente il Primo Maggio è la giornata internazionale di lotta dei lavoratori per la riduzione dell’orario di lavoro e per l’emancipazione dallo sfruttamento capitalistico. Il Primo Maggio è anche la giornata internazionale di lotta dei lavoratori contro lo Stato borghese, che ha sostenuto lo sfruttamento del capitale attraverso tutti i suoi poteri: la legislazione che garantisce i “diritti” del capitale sulla schiavitù salariata, la magistratura che garantisce il capitale contro qualsiasi lotta che metta a rischio l’oppressione di classe (a partire dall’impiccagione di quattro leader operai a Chicago nel 1886), e le “forze dell’ordine” che in tutto il mondo conducono la guerra interna per garantire lo sfruttamento contro la resistenza dei lavoratori mediante scioperi e picchetti.
Il pericolo più grande che i lavoratori e l’umanità intera devono affrontare oggi è il pericolo di una guerra generalizzata, che significa una carneficina su scala mondiale come quelle che si stanno verificando in Palestina, Ucraina, Sudan, Congo, Yemen, Haiti e in molti altri Paesi. Dobbiamo combatterlo subito, opponendoci ai governi imperialisti, autori delle guerre attuali, unendo le forze a livello internazionale in un campo proletario, contro i campi imperialisti in guerra. Dobbiamo opporre il nostro internazionalismo proletario al veleno nazionalista che stanno inculcando nella classe operaia. Non abbiamo “interessi nazionali” da difendere, ma condividiamo con gli altri lavoratori di tutto il mondo i nostri interessi di classe a salari migliori, a ridurre l’orario di lavoro, a un lavoro e a un ambiente più sani – in breve, a una vita degna di essere vissuta. Condividiamo il profondo desiderio di vivere in pace con le nostre sorelle e i nostri fratelli in tutto il mondo.
Opponiamo la fratellanza di classe tra nativi e immigrati alla xenofobia che mira a dividere i lavoratori: la nostra classe è internazionale, centinaia di milioni di noi sono costretti dalla guerra, dalla siccità e dalle catastrofi climatiche, dall’accaparramento delle terre, a spostarsi dalle campagne alle città, o a emigrare in altri Paesi correndo grandi rischi. Se i lavoratori autoctoni uniscono le loro lotte con quelle dei lavoratori immigrati, questi ultimi non saranno usati per abbassare i salari.
Opponiamoci all’economia di guerra! Non abbiamo bisogno di armi per uccidere e distruggere, ma di una sanità e un’istruzione migliori!
Dobbiamo far capire che in una guerra imperialista come quella ucraina non c’è una parte belligerante da sostenere, che “il nemico è in casa nostra”. Il nemico per russi e ucraini sono i loro stessi governi, che hanno gettato centinaia di migliaia di proletari nel tritacarne dei campi di battaglia per uccidersi e mutilarsi a vicenda per gli interessi di sfruttamento delle rispettive classi dominanti. Per i lavoratori dei Paesi europei e americani della NATO il nemico sono i loro stessi governi, che inviano armi, pagate dai lavoratori, affinché i lavoratori ucraini versino il loro sangue per consentire alle multinazionali della NATO di estendere il loro sfruttamento al territorio e alla classe operaia ucraina.
Tutti gli Stati, tutti i governi, sono espressione di borghesie sfruttatrici legate alle grandi potenze imperialiste, ai monopoli capitalisti, al sistema finanziario internazionale, e sono parte integrante del sistema sociale che produce la guerra. Anche se grandi potenze capitaliste come la Cina, la Russia, il Brasile, il Sudafrica, l’Iran, hanno conflitti sempre più acuti con le grandi potenze capitaliste occidentali, nessuna di loro può essere alleata nell’opposizione dei lavoratori alle guerre. Lo si può facilmente capire osservando il tipo di relazioni che questi Stati hanno con le loro classi lavoratrici e con i lavoratori dei Paesi che si trovano nelle rispettive sfere di influenza.
Il nostro campo non è il campo degli Stati borghesi, è il campo delle classi sfruttate e oppresse, dei lavoratori, del proletariato internazionale, l’unica classe che ha interesse e ha la forza – se si organizza – di porre fine alle guerre che i suoi sfruttatori conducono a sue spese. Superato il punto più basso del movimento operaio rivoluzionario, è necessario che le organizzazioni che si pongono sul terreno del disfattismo rivoluzionario contro le guerre del capitale, sul terreno di un coerente internazionalismo proletario, si riuniscano in iniziative comuni. Il momento è adesso, prima che sia troppo tardi!
Il passato conta, ma saremo giudicati dalla nostra capacità di affrontare le sfide del futuro nel nostro periodo storico.
Il Primo Maggio 2024 scendiamo in piazza con le stesse parole d’ordine in tutto il mondo:
– Fermare la guerra NATO-Russia in Ucraina! Disfattismo rivoluzionario, “il nemico è in casa nostra”!
– NO alla corsa agli armamenti e all’economia di guerra! Assistenza sanitaria e istruzione gratuita per tutti! Lavorare meno, lavorare tutti!
– Fermare il genocidio di Gaza, Palestina libera! Stop all’oppressione nazionale, razziale, etnica e religiosa ovunque!
– No all’ingerenza imperialista e alle guerre per procura in Sudan, Congo e ovunque!
– Abbasso il nazionalismo e la xenofobia! Internazionalismo proletario!
– Per una società senza sfruttamento e guerra, in armonia tra uomo e natura.

Der 1. Mai 2024: Arbeiter der Welt gegen Kriege, Kriegsvorbereitung und Kriegswirtschaft
Woche für Woche werden die Trompeten und Trommeln des Krieges lauter und lauter, wobei
Europa in der ersten Reihe steht. Während das imperialistische Gemetzel in der Ukraine wütet und
Russland die Oberhand gewinnt, rufen die europäischen NATO-Mitglieder zur “Kriegsvorbereitung”
und “Kriegswirtschaft” auf und planen diese, nehmen die Wehrpflicht wieder auf und schüren
Nationalismus und Fremdenfeindlichkeit.
An der pazifischen Grenze Eurasiens revidiert Japans Regierung die Verfassung – mit Billigung der
US-Sieger, die sie der besiegten Macht mit dem Terror zweier Atombomben aufgezwungen haben
-, um eine hemmungslose, umfassende Aufrüstung durchzuführen und dem wachsenden
wirtschaftlichen Einfluss und militärischen Selbstbewusstsein Chinas in der Region
entgegenzutreten, wo die Zukunft Taiwans die Rolle einer Zeitbombe spielt.
Der Aufstieg neuer kapitalistischer Mächte, die die industrielle und finanzielle Vormachtstellung der
etablierten imperialistischen Staaten, der USA und Europas, in Frage stellen, ist weit davon
entfernt, ein neues ausgewogenes und friedliches Gleichgewicht zu schaffen, und drängt die
untergehenden Mächte dazu, ihre Vormachtstellung durch Protektionismus, staatlich finanzierte
Industriepolitik und militärische Interventionen zu festigen. Der Dritte Weltkrieg, ein potenziell
atomarer Krieg, war noch nie ein so wahrscheinliches Ergebnis – ob beabsichtigt oder
unbeabsichtigt – der Auseinandersetzungen zwischen den Kapitalisten.
Während der Krieg in der Ukraine Hunderttausende von Menschen abschlachtet und Millionen von
Menschen im europäischen Kern des Kapitalismus vertreibt, werden auf dem afrikanischen
Kontinent – an vorderster Front Sudan und Kongo – Kriege im Kampf zwischen denselben
Monopolen geführt, die um natürliche Ressourcen und billige Arbeitskräfte konkurrieren.
Selbst in Lateinamerika, wo die Konfrontation zwischen den Großmächten nicht in offenen Kriegen
explodiert, sondern sich in der bürgerlichen Unterstützung von Militärputschen oder populistischen
Caudillos (Anführern) (zuletzt Milei in Argentinien) manifestiert, die in der Regel mit den USA oder
europäischen Imperialisten verbündet sind, um einen offenen Krieg gegen die Arbeitnehmer zu
führen und den Sozialstaat sowie das Recht auf Selbstorganisation, Streik und Protest zu
beschneiden. Nur ein von antikapitalistischen Organisationen geführter Kampf der Arbeiter, der
unterdrückten Länder und aller Unterdrückten kann sie aufhalten. Ganz sicher nicht die
bürgerlichen Mitte-Links-Koalitionen wie die von Lula in Brasilien, die ebenfalls kapitalfreundliche
Gesetze gegen die Arbeit erlassen.
Israel nutzt dieses Umfeld, um seinen “Lebensraum” zu erreichen und ein Groß-Israel zu errichten,
und geht dabei seinen eigenen völkermörderischen Weg gegen die Palästinenser im Gazastreifen,
um die ethnische Säuberung zu intensivieren, sogar in vorgeblicher Reibung mit seinen USSponsoren, die versuchen, ein Gleichgewicht der Macht in der Region auszuüben – verkörpert durch die Entsendung von Bomben, um den Gazastreifen platt zu machen, und die gleichzeitige Bereitstellung von symbolischen Mahlzeiten für die Überlebenden. Wir unterstützen den Kampf
des palästinensischen Volkes gegen zionistische Unterdrückung, Völkermord und Hunger, gegen
die ethnische Säuberung in Gaza und ganz Palästina. Viele Aasgeier, sowohl von den
imperialistischen Hauptmächten als auch aus der Region, spielen jetzt die Tauben und rufen zu
Zurückhaltung und Waffenstillstand auf, nur um mehr Gewicht in den regionalen Angelegenheiten
zu erlangen, auf den Schultern des palästinensischen Volkes. Nur die ausgebeuteten Massen des
Nahen Ostens, die zur Unterstützung der Palästinenser gegen ihre eigenen Regierungen
protestieren, weil sie keine Schritte gegen den Krieg Israels unternehmen, sind wahre Freunde der
Palästinenser, zusammen mit den Hunderttausenden, die weltweit auf die Straße gehen und Israel
boykottieren.
Die Emotionen, die Empörung, der Wille, gegen Israels Unterdrückung und Völkermord in
Palästina zu kämpfen, müssen dazu beitragen, das Bewusstsein für das größere Bild der anderen,
nicht weniger blutigen Kriege und der drohenden Gefahr eines Dritten Weltkriegs zu schärfen. Die
Arbeiter, die Proletarier, die Massen, die aufgerufen sind, schwere Opfer für die Kriegswirtschaft zu
bringen und sich gegenseitig abzuschlachten, um zu entscheiden, wer sie ausbeuten wird, müssen
diese Opfer ablehnen und den Kriegen des Kapitals den Kampf ansagen und sich organisieren,
um die kapitalistische Herrschaft über die Welt zu stürzen.
Historisch gesehen ist der 1. Mai der internationale Tag des Kampfes der Arbeiter für die
Verkürzung der Arbeitszeit und für die Befreiung von der kapitalistischen Ausbeutung. Der 1. Mai
ist auch der internationale Kampftag der Arbeiter gegen den bürgerlichen Staat, der die
Ausbeutung des Kapitals mit all seinen Befugnissen unterstützt: die Gesetzgebung, die die
“Rechte” des Kapitals über die Lohnsklaverei garantiert, die Justiz, die das Kapital gegen jeden
Kampf absichert, der die Klassenunterdrückung gefährdet (seit der Hinrichtung von vier
Arbeiterführern in Chicago 1886), und die bewaffneten Vollstreckungsorgane, die überall auf der
Welt den internen Krieg zur Durchsetzung der Ausbeutung gegen den Widerstand der Arbeiter
durch Streiks und Streikposten führen.
Die größte Gefahr, der die Arbeiter und die gesamte Menschheit heute ausgesetzt sind, ist die
Gefahr eines allgemeinen Krieges, d.h. eines weltweiten Gemetzels, wie es in in Palästina, der
Ukraine, im Sudan, im Kongo, im Jemen, in Haiti und vielen weiteren Ländern stattfindet. Wir
müssen das jetzt bekämpfen, indem wir uns den imperialistischen Regierungen, den Verursachern
der gegenwärtigen Kriege, entgegenstellen und unsere Kräfte international in einem proletarischen
Lager gegen die kriegsführenden imperialistischen Lager bündeln. Wir müssen unseren
proletarischen Internationalismus dem nationalistischen Gift entgegensetzen, das sie der
Arbeiterklasse ein-impfen. Wir haben kein “nationales Interesse” zu verteidigen, wir teilen unsere
Klasseninteressen an besseren Löhnen, kürzeren Arbeitswochen, gesünderer Arbeit und Umwelt –
kurz einem lebenswerten Leben mit anderen Arbeitern auf der ganzen Welt. Wir teilen den tiefen
Wunsch, mit unseren Schwestern und Brüdern auf der ganzen Welt in Frieden zu leben.
Stellen wir die Klassenbrüderschaft zwischen Einheimischen und Einwanderern der
Fremdenfeindlichkeit entgegen, die darauf abzielt, die Arbeiter zu spalten: Unsere Klasse ist
international, Hunderte Millionen von uns sind durch Krieg, Dürre und Klimakatastrophe, Landraub
gezwungen, vom Land in die Städte zu ziehen oder in andere Länder auszuwandern und dabei
große Risiken einzugehen. Wenn die einheimischen Arbeiter ihre Kämpfe mit denen der
eingewanderten Arbeiter verbinden, werden letztere nicht dazu benutzt, die Löhne zu drücken.
Lasst uns gegen die Kriegswirtschaft kämpfen! Wir brauchen keine Waffen zum Töten und
Zerstören, wir brauchen eine bessere Gesundheitsversorgung und Bildung!
Wir müssen deutlich machen, dass es in einem imperialistischen Krieg wie dem gegen die Ukraine
keine kriegsführende Seite gibt, auf die man sich stellen kann, dass “der Feind in unserem eigenen
Land steht”. Der Feind für Russen und Ukrainer sind ihre eigenen Regierungen, die
Hunderttausende von Proletariern in den Fleischwolf der Schlachtfelder geworfen haben, damit sie
sich gegenseitig für die Ausbeutungsinteressen ihrer jeweiligen herrschenden Klassen töten und
verstümmeln. Für die Arbeiter der europäischen und amerikanischen NATO-Länder ist der Feind
ihre eigene Regierung, die Waffen schickt, die von ihren eigenen Arbeitern bezahlt werden, damit
die ukrainischen Arbeiter ihr Blut für die NATO-Konzerne vergießen, um ihre Ausbeutung auf das
ukrainische Territorium und die Arbeiterklasse auszuweiten.
Alle Staaten, alle Regierungen sind Ausdruck einer profitgierigen Bourgeoisie, die mit den großen
imperialistischen Mächten, den kapitalistischen Monopolen und dem internationalen Finanzsystem
verbunden ist, und sind Teil des Gesellschaftssystems, das den Krieg produziert. Obwohl große
kapitalistische Mächte wie China, Russland, Brasilien, Südafrika, Iran immer schärfere Konflikte
mit den westlichen kapitalistischen Großmächten haben, kann keiner von ihnen ein Verbündeter im
Krieg der Arbeiter gegen den Krieg sein. Das ist leicht zu erkennen, wenn man sich anschaut,
welche Art von Beziehungen diese Staaten zu ihren Arbeiterklassen und zu den Arbeitern der
Länder haben, die in ihrer jeweiligen Einflusssphäre liegen.
Unser Lager ist nicht das Lager der bürgerlichen Staaten, es ist das Lager der ausgebeuteten und
unterdrückten Klassen, der Arbeiter, des internationalen Proletariats, der einzigen Klasse, die ein
Interesse hat und die Kraft hat – wenn sie sich organisiert -, den Kriegen, die ihre Ausbeuter auf
ihre Kosten führen, ein Ende zu setzen. Nachdem der Tiefpunkt der revolutionären
Arbeiterbewegung überwunden ist, ist es notwendig, dass sich die Organisationen, die auf dem
Boden des revolutionären Defätismus gegen die Kriege des Kapitals und auf dem Boden eines
kohärenten proletarischen Internationalismus stehen, in gemeinsamen Initiativen zusammenfinden.
Die Zeit ist jetzt, bevor es zu spät ist!
Die Vergangenheit ist wichtig, aber wir werden daran gemessen werden, ob wir in der Lage sind,
die Herausforderungen der Zukunft in unserer historischen Periode zu meistern.
Lasst uns am 1. Mai 2024 überall auf der Welt mit den gleichen Parolen auf die Straße gehen:

May Day 2024: Workers of the world against wars, war preparation and the war economy
Week after week the trumpets and drums of war are getting louder and louder, with Europe in the first line. While the imperialist slaughter in Ukraine is raging on, with Russia taking the upper hand, European members of NATO are calling and planning for “war preparedness”, “war economy”, resuming military conscription, stoking nationalism and xenophobia.
On the Pacific border of Eurasia, Japan’s government is revising the constitution – with the endorsement of the U.S. victors who imposed it on the defeated power, with the terror of two atomic bombs – in order to carry out an unrestrained, full-scale rearmament and face off China’s growing economic influence and military assertiveness in the region, where Taiwan’s future is playing the role of a time bomb.
The rise of new capitalist powers, which are challenging the industrial and financial supremacy of the established imperialist states, the U.S. and European ones, far from creating a new balanced and peaceful equilibrium is pushing the declining powers to shore up their primacy through protectionism, state-funded industrial policy, and military intervention. The Third World War, potentially a nuclear war, has never been so likely an outcome, whether intended or unintended, of inter-capitalist strife.
While the war in Ukraine is slaughtering hundreds of thousands people and displacing millions in the European core of capitalism, in the African continent – Sudan and Congo in the frontline – wars are being waged in the clash between the same monopolies competing for natural resources and cheap labour.
Even in Latin America, whereas the confrontation between big powers does not explode in open wars, it manifests itself in the bourgeois support for military coups or populist caudillos (the latest being Milei in Argentina), usually aligned with the U.S. or European imperialisms, to carry out an open war against workers, cutting the welfare state and the rights to self organisation, strike and protest. Only struggle of the workers, the oppressed countries and all oppressed led by anti-capitalist organisations can stop them, certainly not the centre-left bourgeois coalitions like Lula’s in Brazil, which are also enacting capital-friendly legislation against labour.
Israel is taking advantage of this environment to achieve its “vital space” establishing a Greater Israel, going its own genocidal way against Gaza Palestinians, aiming at intensifying ethnic cleansing, even in pretended friction with their U.S. sponsors, who are trying to exert a balance of power on the region – epitomised by sending bombs to flatten Gaza, and at the same time parachuting token meals for survivors. We support the struggle of Palestinian people against Zionist oppression, genocide and starvation, against ethnic cleansing in Gaza and the whole Palestine. Many vultures, both from the main imperialist powers and from the region, are now playing as doves and calling for restraint and ceasefire, only to achieve more weight in the regional affairs on the shoulders of the Palestinian people. Only the exploited masses of the Middle East, who have been protesting in support of the Palestinians against their own governments for taking no steps to oppose Israel’s war, are true friends of the Palestinians, together with the hundreds of thousands who have been taking to the streets around the world and boycotting Israel.
The emotion, the indignation, the will to fight against Israel’s oppression and genocide in Palestine must help raise awareness of the larger picture of the other not less bloody wars, and of the looming danger of a Third World War. The workers, the proletarians, the masses called upon to accept heavy sacrifices for the economy of war, and to slaughter one another to decide who will exploit them, must reject these sacrifices and declare war on the wars of capital and organise themselves to overthrow capitalist domination of the world.
Historically May Day is the international day of the workers’ struggle for the reduction of working time and for emancipation from capitalist exploitation. May Day is also the workers’ international day of struggle against the bourgeois state, which has supported capital’s exploitation through all its powers: legislation that guarantees the “rights” of capital over wage slavery, the judicial that guarantees capital against any struggle that imperils class oppression (since hanging four worker leaders in Chicago in 1886), and the armed enforcement agencies that all over the world are waging the internal war to enforce exploitation against workers’ resistance through strikes and pickets.
The biggest danger facing workers and the hole humankind today is the danger of a generalised war, which means a worldwide butchery of the kind occurring in Palestine, Ukraine, Sudan, Congo, Yemen, Haiti and many more countries. We must fight it right now, opposing the imperialist governments, perpetrators of the present wars, joining forces internationally in a proletarian camp, against the warring imperialist camps. We must oppose our proletarian internationalism to the nationalist poison they are inculcating into the working class. We have no “national interest” to defend, we share our class interests to better wages, shorter work weeks, healthier work and environment – in short a live worth living with other workers around the world. We share the deep desire to live in peace with our sisters and our brothers all over the world.
Let’s oppose class brotherhood between native born and immigrants to xenophobia aimed at dividing workers: our class is international, hundreds of millions of us are compelled by war, draught and climate catastrophe, land grabbing, to move from countryside to cities, or emigrate to other countries taking big risks. If native workers join their struggles with immigrant workers’, the latter won’t be used to push wages down.
Let’s oppose the war economy! We don’t need weapons to kill and destroy, we need better healthcare and education!
We must make it clear that in an imperialist war like Ukraine there is no belligerent side to be taken, that “the enemy is in our own country”. The enemy for Russians and Ukrainians are their own governments, which have thrown hundreds of thousands of proletarians into the meat grinder of battlefields to kill and maim each other for the exploitative interests of their respective ruling classes. For workers of European and American NATO countries the enemy are their own governments, which are sending weapons, paid for by their own workers, for Ukrainians workers to shed their blood for NATO corporations to extend their exploitation to the Ukrainian territory and working class.
All states, all governments, are expressions of profiteering bourgeoisies linked to the major imperialist powers, to the capitalist monopolies, to the international financial system, and are part and parcel of the social system that produces war. Although big capitalist powers such as China, Russia, Brazil, South Africa, Iran, that have increasingly sharp conflicts with Western big capitalist powers, none of them can be allies in the workers’ war on war. It can easily be realized looking at what kind of relations these states have with their working classes, and with the workers of the countries that are in their respective spheres of influence.
Our camp is not the camp of the bourgeois states, it is the camp of the exploited and oppressed classes, of the workers, of the international proletariat, the only class that has an interest, and has the strength – if it organises itself – to put an end to the wars that its exploiters wage at its expense. After the low point of the revolutionary working class movement has been overcome, it is necessary for the organisations that stand on the ground of revolutionary defeatism against the wars of capital, on the ground of coherent proletarian internationalism, to come together in common initiatives. The time is now, before it is too late!
The past matters, but we will be judged from our ability to meet the challenges of the future in our historical period head-on.
On May Day 2024 let us take the streets with the same watchwords all over the world:
- Stop the NATO-Russia war in Ukraine! Revolutionary defeatism, “the enemy is at home!”
- NO to arms race and war economy! Free health care and education for all! Work less, work all!
- Stop genocide on Gaza, free Palestine! Stop national, racial, ethnic, religious oppression everywhere!
- No to imperialist meddling and proxy wars in Sudan, Congo, and everywhere!
- Down with nationalism and xenophobia! working-class internationalism!
- for a society without exploitation and war, of harmony between man and nature.

1 Mayıs 2024: Dünya emekçileri savaşlara, savaş hazırlıklarına ve savaş ekonomisine karşı
Her geçen hafta savaş tamtamları ve borazanları daha da yüksek sesle çalınıyor ve Avrupa
ilk sırada yer alıyor. Ukrayna’daki emperyalist katliam devam ederken ve Rusya üstünlüğü
ele geçirmişken, NATO’nun Avrupalı üyeleri “savaşa hazırlık”, “savaş ekonomisi”, zorunlu
askerliği yeniden başlatma, milliyetçiliği ve yabancı düşmanlığını körükleme çağrıları ve
planları yapıyor.
Avrasya’nın Pasifik sınırında Japonya hükümeti, sınırsız ve tam ölçekli bir yeniden
silahlanma hamlesi gerçekleştirmek ve Tayvan’ın geleceğinin saatli bomba rolü oynadığı
bölgede Çin’in artan ekonomik nüfuzu ve askeri iddiasıyla yüzleşmek için, -iki atom
bombasının dehşetiyle mağlup güce bunu dayatan ABD’li galiplerin onayıyla- anayasayı
revize ediyor.
ABD ve Avrupa gibi köklü emperyalist devletlerin endüstriyel ve finansal üstünlüğüne
meydan okuyan yeni kapitalist güçlerin yükselişi, yeni bir dengeli ve barışçıl denge yaratmak
bir yana, gerileyen güçleri korumacılık, devlet destekli sanayi politikası ve askeri müdahale
yoluyla üstünlüklerini pekiştirmeye itiyor. Kapitalistler arası çekişmelerin kasıtlı ya da kasıtsız
bir sonucu potansiyel bir nükleer savaş olarak Üçüncü Dünya Savaşı hiç bu kadar olası
olmamıştı.
Ukrayna’daki savaş kapitalizmin Avrupa’daki merkezinde yüz binlerce insanı katledip
milyonlarcasını yerinden ederken, Afrika kıtasında – Sudan ve Kongo ön saflarda yer alıyor –
doğal kaynaklar ve ucuz işgücü için rekabet eden aynı tekeller arasındaki kapışmada daha
düşük yoğunluklu ama daha az kanlı olmayan savaşlar yaşanıyor.
Latin Amerika’da dahi, büyük güçler arasındaki çatışma açık savaşlara dönüşmese de,
genellikle ABD ya da Avrupa emperyalizmleriyle ittifak halinde olan askeri darbelere ya da
popülist iktidarlara (en sonuncusu Arjantin’de Milei’dir) burjuva desteği şeklinde kendini
göstermekte, işçilere karşı açık bir savaş yürütmekte, refah devletini ve öz örgütlenme, grev
ve protesto haklarını budamaktadır. Onları ancak işçilerin, ezilen ülkelerin ve tüm ezilenlerin
antikapitalist örgütler öncülüğündeki mücadelesi durdurabilir, kuşkusuz Brezilya’da Lula’nınki
gibi emeğe karşı sermaye dostu yasalar çıkaran merkez sol burjuva koalisyonları değil.
İsrail, Büyük İsrail’i kurarak “yaşamsal alanını” elde etmek için bu ortamdan faydalanmakta,
Gazze’yi dümdüz etmek için bombalar yağdırarak ve aynı zamanda hayatta kalanlar için
paraşütle yemek atarak bölgede güç dengesi kurmaya çalışan ABD’li destekçileriyle sözde
sürtüşürken bile Gazze’deki Filistinlilere karşı kendi soykırım yolunu izleyerek etnik temizliği
yoğunlaştırmayı hedeflemektedir. Filistin halkının Siyonist baskıya, soykırıma ve açlığa karşı,
Gazze’de ve tüm Filistin’de etnik temizliğe karşı verdiği mücadeleyi destekliyoruz. Hem
başlıca emperyalist güçlerden hem de bölgeden pek çok akbaba şimdi güvercin rolüne
bürünerek itidal ve ateşkes çağrısında bulunuyor, tek amaçları Filistin halkının omuzlarında
bölgesel meselelerde daha fazla ağırlık elde etmek. Sadece, İsrail’in savaşına karşı hiçbir
adım atmayan kendi hükümetlerine karşı Filistinlileri desteklemek için protesto gösterileri
düzenleyen Ortadoğu’nun sömürülen kitleleri, dünyanın dört bir yanında sokaklara dökülen
ve İsrail’i boykot eden yüz binlerle birlikte Filistinlilerin gerçek dostlarıdır.
İsrail’in Filistin’deki zulmüne ve soykırımına karşı duyulan duygu, öfke ve mücadele isteği,
daha az kanlı olmayan diğer savaşlara ve yaklaşan Üçüncü Dünya Savaşı tehlikesine ilişkin
daha büyük resmin farkındalığını arttırmaya yardımcı olmalıdır. İşçiler, proleterler, savaş
ekonomisi için ağır fedakarlıkları kabul etmeye ve kendilerini kimin sömüreceğine karar
vermek için birbirlerini katletmeye çağrılan kitleler, bu fedakarlıkları reddetmeli ve sermayenin
savaşlarına karşı savaş ilan etmeli ve dünyadaki kapitalist egemenliği yıkmak için
örgütlenmelidir.
Tarihsel olarak 1 Mayıs, işçilerin çalışma sürelerinin azaltılması ve kapitalist sömürüden
kurtuluş için verdikleri mücadelenin uluslararası günüdür. Aynı zamanda 1 Mayıs, işçilerin
sermayenin sömürüsünü; sermayenin ücretli kölelik üzerindeki “haklarını” garanti altına alan
yasalar, sınıf baskısını tehlikeye atan her türlü mücadeleye karşı sermayeyi garanti altına
alan yargı (1886’da Chicago’da dört işçi liderinin asılmasından bu yana) ve dünyanın her
yerinde işçilerin grev ve grev gözcülüğü yoluyla direnişine karşı sömürüyü dayatmak için iç
savaş yürüten silahlı icra kurumları gibi tüm güçleriyle destekleyen burjuva devletine karşı
uluslararası mücadele günüdür.
Bugün işçilerin ve insanlığın karşı karşıya olduğu en büyük tehlike, Filistin, Ukrayna, Sudan,
Kongo, Yemen, Haiti ve daha birçok ülkede yaşanan türden dünya çapında bir katliam
anlamına gelen küresel bir savaş tehlikesidir. Mevcut savaşların failleri olan emperyalist
hükümetlere karşı çıkarak, savaşan emperyalist kamplara karşı proleter bir kampta
uluslararası güçlerimizi birleştirerek hemen şimdi mücadele etmeliyiz. İşçi sınıfına aşıladıkları
milliyetçi zehre karşı proleter enternasyonalizmimizle karşı çıkmalıyız. Savunacak bir “ulusal
çıkarımız” yok; daha iyi ücretler, daha kısa çalışma haftaları, daha sağlıklı iş ve çevre,
kısacası yaşamaya değer bir hayat için sınıf çıkarlarımızı dünyanın dört bir yanındaki diğer
işçilerle paylaşıyoruz. Dünyanın her yerindeki kız ve erkek kardeşlerimizle barış içinde
yaşama arzusunu paylaşıyoruz.
İşçileri bölmeyi amaçlayan yabancı düşmanlığına karşı, yerli ve göçmenler arasındaki sınıf
kardeşliğine karşı çıkalım: sınıfımız enternasyonaldir, yüz milyonlarca insanımız savaş,
kuraklık ve iklim felaketi, toprak gaspı nedeniyle kırlardan kentlere ya da büyük riskler alarak
başka ülkelere göç etmek zorunda kalmaktadır. Yerli işçiler mücadelelerini göçmen işçilerle

Ukrayna gibi emperyalist bir savaşta tutulması gereken bir taraf olmadığını, “düşmanın kendi
ülkemizde” olduğunu açıkça belirtmeliyiz. Ruslar ve Ukraynalılar için düşman, yüz binlerce
proleteri kendi egemen sınıflarının sömürücü çıkarları uğruna birbirlerini öldürmeleri ve sakat
bırakmaları için savaş alanlarının öğütücüsüne atan kendi hükümetleridir. Avrupa ve
Amerika’daki NATO ülkelerinin işçileri için düşman, NATO şirketlerinin sömürülerini Ukrayna
topraklarına ve işçi sınıfına yaymaları için Ukraynalı işçilerin kanlarını dökmeleri amacıyla,
parası kendi işçileri tarafından ödenen silahlar gönderen kendi hükümetleridir.
Tüm devletler, tüm hükümetler, büyük emperyalist güçlere, kapitalist tekellere, uluslararası
finans sistemine bağlı vurguncu burjuvazilerin temsilcileridir ve savaş üreten toplumsal
sistemin bir parçasıdırlar. Çin, Rusya, Brezilya, Güney Afrika, İran gibi büyük kapitalist güçler
Batılı büyük kapitalist güçlerle giderek keskinleşen çatışmalar yaşasa da, hiçbiri işçilerin
savaşa karşı savaşında müttefik olamaz. Bu devletlerin kendi işçi sınıflarıyla ve kendi etki
alanlarındaki ülkelerin işçileriyle nasıl bir ilişki içinde olduklarına bakıldığında bu kolayca
anlaşılabilir.
Bizim kampımız burjuva devletlerinin kampı değil, sömürülen ve ezilen sınıfların, işçilerin,
uluslararası proletaryanın, çıkarı olan ve -eğer örgütlenirse- sömürücülerinin kendi zararına
yürüttüğü savaşlara son verme gücüne sahip tek sınıfın kampıdır. Devrimci işçi sınıfı
hareketinin dip noktası aşıldıktan sonra, sermayenin savaşlarına karşı devrimci bozgunculuk
zemininde, tutarlı proleter enternasyonalizmi zemininde duran örgütlerin ortak inisiyatiflerde
bir araya gelmesi gerekmektedir. Çok geç olmadan, şimdi bunun tam zamanı!
Geçmiş önemlidir, ancak içinde bulunduğumuz tarihsel dönemde geleceğin zorluklarını
göğüsleme becerimize bakılarak değerlendirileceğiz.

1 мая 2024 года: Рабочие всего мира против войн, подготовки к войне и военной экономики
Неделя за неделей трубы и барабаны войны звучат громче и громче, причем Европа
находится в первой очереди. В то время как на Украине бушует империалистическая бойня,
а Россия одерживает верх, европейские члены НАТО призывают к “подготовке к войне” и
“военной экономике”, планируют это, вновь вводят воинскую повинность и разжигают
национализм и ксенофобию.
На тихоокеанской границе Евразии правительство Японии пересматривает конституцию – с
одобрением США-победителем, которые навязали её побежденной державе с помощью
двух ядерных бомб, – чтобы провести безудержное обширное перевооружение и
противостоять растущему экономическому влиянию и военной самоуверенности Китая в
регионе, где будущее Тайваня играет роль бомбы замедленного действия.
Взлёт новых капиталистических держав, ставящих под вопрос промышленное и
финансовое преобладание уже долго устроенных империалистических государств, США и
Европы, ничуть не создаёт нового сбалансированного и мирного равновесия, а
подталкивает угасающие державы к укреплению своего преобладания посредством
государственной промышленной политики и военных интервенций. Никогда ещё Третья
мировая война, потециальная ядерная война, не была столь вероятным результатом –
намеренным или ненамеренным – столкновений между капиталистами.
В то время как война на Украине убивает сотни тысяч людей и выгоняет миллионы в
европейском ядре капитализма, на африканском континенте – с Суданом и Конго на
переднем фронте – ведутся войны в борьбе между теми же монополиями, конкурирующими
за природные ресурсы и дешёвую рабочую силу.
Даже в Латинской Америке, где противостояние между великими державами не взрываются
в открытых войнах, а проявляется в буржуазной поддержке военных переворотов или
популистских каудильо (лидеров) (последний случай – Милей в Аргентине), которые обычно
находятся в союзе с США или европейскими империалистами, чтобы вести открытую войну
против рабочих и сокращать социальное государство и право на самоорганизацию,
забастовки и протесты. Только борьба под руководством антикапиталистических
организаций рабочих, угнетённых стран и всех угнетённых может остановить их. И уж точно
не буржуазные левоцентристские коалиции, такие как коалиция Лулы в Бразилии, которые
также издают законы, благоприятные для капитала, направленные против труда.
Израиль использует эту обстановку для достижения своего “Лебенсраума” (жизненного
пространства)и создания Большого Израиля, ходя свой геноцидный путь против
палестинцев в Газе, чтобы усилить этническую чистку, даже при мнимых трениях со своими
американскими спонсорами, которые стремятся осуществить баланс сил в регионе –
примером чего является отправка бомб на снос Газы и одновременное предоставление
символической еды выжившим. Мы поддерживаем борьбу палестинского народа против
сионистского угнетения, геноцида и голода, против этнических чисток в Газе и во всей
Палестине. Многие стервятники, как из основных империалистических держав, так и из
стран региона, сейчас изображают из себя голубей и призывают к сдержанности и
перемирию только для того, чтобы получить больший вес в региональных делах, на плечах
палестинского народа. Только эксплуатируемые массы Ближнего Востока, которые
протестуют в поддержку палестинцев против своих собственных правительств, поскольку те
не предпринимают шагов против войны Израиля, являются настоящими друзьями
палестинцев, наряду с сотнями тысяч людей, которые выходят на улицы по всему миру и
бойкотируют Израиль.
Эмоции, возмущение, желание бороться против израильского угнетения и геноцида в
Палестине должны способствовать осознанию общей картины других, не менее
кровопролитных войн и нависшей опасности третьей мировой войны. Рабочие, пролетарии,
народные массы, которых призывают приносить тяжёлые жертвы для военной экономики и
резать друг друга, чтобы решить, кто будет их эксплуатировать, должны отказаться от этих
жертв, объявить войну войнам капитала и организоваться для свержения
капиталистического господства в мире.
Исторически 1 мая – это международный день борьбы рабочих за сокращение рабочего дня
и освобождение от капиталистической эксплуатации. 1 мая – это также международный день
борьбы рабочих против буржуазного государства, которое всеми своими полномочиями
поддерживает эксплуатацию капитала: Законодательство, гарантирующее “права” капитала
на наёмное рабство, судебная система, защищающая капитал от любой борьбы,
угрожающей классовому угнетению (начиная с казни четырёх рабочих лидеров в Чикаго в
1886 году), и вооружённые органы приведения в исполнение, ведущие внутреннюю войну,
чтобы обеспечить эксплуатацию против сопротивления рабочих с забастовками и пикетами
по всему миру.
Самая большая опасность, стоящая сегодня перед рабочими и всем человечеством – это
опасность всеобщей войны, то есть глобальной бойни, как это происходит в Палестине,
Украине, Судане, Конго, Йемене, Гаити и многих других странах. Мы должны бороться с
этим сейчас, выступая против империалистических правительств, виновников нынешних
войн, и объединяя наши силы на международном уровне в пролетарский лагерь против
враждующих империалистических лагерей. Мы должны противопоставить наш пролетарский
интернационализм националистскому яду, который они вливают в рабочий класс. У нас нет
“национальных интересов”, которые нужно защищать, мы разделяем с другими рабочими
всего мира наши классовые интересы: лучшая зарплата, более короткая рабочая неделя,
более здоровый труд и окружающая среда – короче говоря, достойная жизнь. Мы разделяем
глубокое желание жить в мире с нашими сестрами и братьями во всём мире.
Давайте противопоставим классовое братство между коренными жителями и иммигрантами
ксенофобии, которая стремится расколоть рабочих: Наш класс интернационален, сотни
миллионов из нас вынуждены из-за войн, засухи и климатических катастроф, захвата земель
переезжать из сельской местности в города или эмигрировать в другие страны, подвергаясь
огромному риску. Если местные рабочие объединят свою борьбу с борьбой рабочихиммигрантов, последние не будут использоваться для снижения заработной платы.
Давайте бороться против военной экономики! Нам не нужно оружие, чтобы убивать и
разрушать, нам нужно лучшее здравоохранение и образование!
Мы должны дать понять, что в империалистической войне, подобной той, что ведётся
против Украины, нет воюющей стороны, на стороне которой можно быть, что “враг
находится в нашей собственной стране”. Для русских и украинцев враг – это их собственные
правительства, которые бросили сотни тысяч пролетариев в мясорубку полей сражений,
чтобы они убивали и калечили друг друга ради эксплуататорских интересов своих правящих
классов. Для рабочих европейских и американских стран НАТО враг – это их собственное
правительство, которое посылает оружие, оплаченное собственными рабочими, чтобы
украинские рабочие проливали свою кровь за корпорации НАТО, чтобы распространить их
эксплуатацию на украинскую территорию и украинский рабочий класс.
Все государства, все правительства являются выражением жаждущей наживы буржуазии,
связанной с великими империалистическими державами, капиталистическими монополиями
и международной финансовой системой, и являются частью общественной системы,
которая порождает войну. Хотя такие крупные капиталистические державы, как Китай,
Россия, Бразилия, Южная Африка, Иран, всё чаще находятся в острых конфликтах с
крупными капиталистическими державами Запада, ни одна из них не может быть союзником
рабочих в войне против войны. В этом легко убедиться, если посмотреть, в каких
отношениях эти государства находятся со своими рабочими классами и с рабочими стран,
входящих в их сферы влияния.
Наш лагерь – это не лагерь буржуазных государств, это лагерь эксплуатируемых и
угнетённых классов, рабочих, международного пролетариата, единственного класса,
который заинтересован и имеет силы – если он организуется – положить конец войнам,
которые ведут за его счёт его эксплуататоры. Теперь, когда низшая точка революционного
рабочего движения преодолена, необходимо, чтобы организации, стоящие на почве
революционного пораженчества против войн капитала и на почве последовательного
пролетарского интернационализма, объединились в совместных инициативах. Время
пришло, пока не стало слишком поздно!
Прошлое важно, но нас будут судить по нашей способности отвечать на вызовы будущего в
наш исторический период.
Давайте выйдем на улицы по всему миру 1 мая 2024 года с одними и теми же лозунгами:
Остановить войну НАТО и России на Украине! Революционное пораженчество, “враг
у себя дома!”.
НЕТ гонке вооружений и военной экономике! Бесплатное здравоохранение и
образование для всех! Меньше работы, всем работа!
Остановить геноцид в Газе, освободить Палестину! Остановить национальное,
расистское, этническое и религиозное угнетение повсюду!
Нет империалистическому вмешательству и марионеточным войнам в Судане, Конго
и других странах!
Долой национализм и ксенофобию! Интернационализм рабочего класса!
За общество без эксплуатации и войн, с гармонией между человеком и природой.

Le 1er Mai 2024 : Les travailleurs du monde contre les guerres, les préparatifs de guerre et l’économie de guerre
Semaine après semaine, les trompettes et les tambours de la guerre se font de plus en plus
bruyants, avec l’Europe en première ligne. Alors que le massacre impérialiste en Ukraine fait rage,
la Russie prenant le dessus, les membres européens de l’OTAN appellent et planifient la
“préparation à la guerre” et “l’économie de guerre”, reprennent la conscription militaire, attisent le
nationalisme et la xénophobie.
À la frontière pacifique de l’Eurasie, le gouvernement japonais révise la constitution – avec l’aval
des vainqueurs américains qui la lui ont imposée sous la terreur de deux bombes atomiques en
tant que puissance vaincue – afin de procéder à un réarmement global et effréné, ainsi que de faire
face à l’influence économique et à l’affirmation militaire croissantes de la Chine dans cette région
où l’avenir de Taïwan joue le rôle d’une bombe à retardement.
La montée de nouvelles puissances capitalistes, qui contestent la suprématie industrielle et
financière des États-Unis et de l’Europe en tant qu’États impérialistes établis, loin de créer un
nouvel équilibre pacifique, pousse les puissances en déclin à consolider leur primauté par le
protectionnisme, la politique industrielle financée par l’État et l’intervention militaire. La troisième
guerre mondiale, une guerre vraisemblablement atomique, n’a jamais été une issue aussi
probable, qu’elle soit voulue ou non, des conflits intercapitalistes.
Alors que dans la Guerre d’Ukraine, des centaines de milliers de personnes sont massacrées et
des millions déplacées dans le centre européen du capitalisme, des guerres sont menées sur le
continent africain – le Soudan et le Congo en première ligne -, dans l’affrontement entre les mêmes
monopoles qui se disputent les ressources naturelles et la main-d’œuvre bon marché.
Même en Amérique latine, où la confrontation entre les grandes puissances n’explose pas en
guerres ouvertes, elle se manifeste par le soutien de la bourgeoisie aux coups d’État militaires ou
aux caudillos populistes (le dernier en date étant Milei en Argentine) qui sont généralement alignés
sur les impérialismes américain ou européen, afin de mener une guerre ouverte contre les
travailleurs, en réduisant l’État-providence et les droits à l’auto-organisation, à la grève et à la
protestation.
Seule la lutte des travailleurs, des pays opprimés et de tous les opprimés menée par des
organisations anticapitalistes peut les arrêter, et certainement pas les coalitions bourgeoises de
centre-gauche comme celle de Lula au Brésil, qui crée également une législation favorable au
capital contre le travail.
Israël profite de cet environnement pour réaliser son “espace vital” en établissant un Grand Israël,
en suivant sa propre voie génocidaire contre les Palestiniens de Gaza, visant à intensifier le
nettoyage ethnique, même dans une prétendue friction avec leurs sponsors américains, qui tentent
d’exercer un équilibre des pouvoirs dans la région – incarné par l’envoi de bombes pour écraser
Gaza, tout en fournissant des repas symboliques pour les survivants. Nous soutenons la lutte du
peuple palestinien contre l’oppression sioniste, le génocide et la famine, contre le nettoyage
ethnique à Gaza et dans toute la Palestine. De nombreux vautours, tant des principales
puissances impérialistes que de la région, jouent aujourd’hui les colombes et appellent à la
retenue et au cessez-le-feu, dans le seul but de gagner plus de poids dans les affaires régionales,
sur les épaules du peuple palestinien. Seules les masses exploitées du Moyen-Orient, qui ont
protesté en faveur des Palestiniens contre leurs propres gouvernements pour n’avoir pris aucune
mesure pour s’opposer à la guerre d’Israël, sont les véritables amis des Palestiniens, tout comme
les centaines de milliers de personnes qui sont descendues dans les rues du monde entier et qui
boycottent Israël.
L’émotion, l’indignation, la volonté de lutter contre l’oppression et le génocide israéliens en
Palestine doivent contribuer à faire prendre davantage conscience de la situation plus large, des
autres guerres non moins sanglantes et du danger imminent d’une troisième guerre mondiale. Les
travailleurs, les prolétaires, les masses appelées à accepter de lourds sacrifices pour l’économie
de guerre et à s’entretuer pour décider qui les exploitera, doivent rejeter ces sacrifices, affronter
les guerres du capital et s’organiser pour renverser la domination capitaliste sur le monde.
Historiquement, le 1er Mai est la journée internationale de la lutte des travailleurs pour la réduction
du temps de travail et pour l’émancipation de l’exploitation capitaliste. Le 1er Mai est également la
journée internationale de lutte des travailleurs contre l’État bourgeois, qui a soutenu l’exploitation
du capital par tous ses pouvoirs : la législation qui garantit les “droits” du capital sur l’esclavage
salarié, la justice qui couvre le capital contre toute lutte mettant en péril l’oppression de classe
(depuis la pendaison de quatre dirigeants ouvriers à Chicago en 1886), et les agences armées
d’exécution qui, dans le monde entier, mènent la guerre interne pour imposer l’exploitation contre
la résistance des travailleurs faisant grève et formant des piquets de grève.
Le plus grand danger auquel sont confrontés les travailleurs et l’ensemble de l’humanité
aujourd’hui est le danger d’une guerre généralisée, ce qui signifie une boucherie mondiale du type
de celle qui se déroule en Palestine, en Ukraine, au Soudan, au Congo, au Yémen, en Haïti et
dans bien d’autres pays encore. Nous devons le combattre dès maintenant, en nous opposant aux
gouvernements impérialistes, auteurs des guerres actuelles, en unissant nos forces au niveau
international dans un camp prolétarien, contre les camps impérialistes en guerre. Nous devons
opposer notre internationalisme prolétarien au poison nationaliste qu’ils inculquent à la classe
ouvrière. Nous n’avons pas d’”intérêt national” à défendre, nous partageons nos intérêts de classe
pour avoir de meilleurs salaires, réduire la semaine de travail, obtenir un travail et un
environnement plus sains – en bref, une vie digne d’être vécue avec les autres travailleurs du
monde entier. Nous partageons avec nos sœurs et frères du monde entier le désir profond de vivre
en paix.
Opposons la fraternité de classe entre autochtones et immigrés à la xénophobie visant à diviser
les travailleurs : notre classe est internationale, des centaines de millions d’entre nous sont
contraints par la guerre, la sécheresse et les catastrophes climatiques, l’accaparement des terres,
de quitter les campagnes pour les villes, ou d’émigrer dans d’autres pays. en prenant de grands
risques. Si les travailleurs autochtones joignent leurs luttes à celles des travailleurs immigrés, ces
derniers ne seront pas utilisés pour tirer les salaires vers le bas.
Opposons-nous à l’économie de guerre ! Nous n’avons pas besoin d’armes pour tuer et détruire,
nous avons besoin de meilleurs soins de santé et d’éducation !
Nous devons faire comprendre que dans une guerre impérialiste comme celle de l’Ukraine, il n’y a
pas de côté belligérant pour lequel on peut opter, où “l’ennemi est dans notre propre pays”.
L’ennemi des Russes et des Ukrainiens, ce sont leurs propres gouvernements, qui ont jeté des
centaines de milliers de prolétaires dans le hachoir des champs de bataille pour qu’ils s’entretuent
et se mutilent au nom des intérêts d’exploitation de leurs classes dirigeantes respectives. Pour les
travailleurs des pays européens et américains de l’OTAN, l’ennemi est leur propre gouvernement,
qui envoie des armes, payées par leurs propres travailleurs aux travailleurs ukrainiens pour qu’ils
versent leur sang afin que les sociétés de l’OTAN élargissent leur exploitation au territoire et à la
classe ouvrière ukrainiens.
Tous les États, tous les gouvernements, sont l’expression de bourgeoisies profiteuses liées aux
grandes puissances impérialistes, aux monopoles capitalistes, au système financier international,
et font partie intégrante du système social qui produit la guerre. Bien que les grandes puissances
capitalistes telles que la Chine, la Russie, le Brésil, l’Afrique du Sud, l’Iran, qui ont des conflits de
plus en plus aigus avec les grandes puissances capitalistes occidentales, aucune d’entre elles ne
peut être un allié dans la guerre des travailleurs contre la guerre. On peut facilement s’en rendre
compte en examinant le type de relations que ces États entretiennent avec leurs classes ouvrières
et avec les travailleurs des pays qui se trouvent dans leurs sphères d’influence respectives.
Notre camp n’est pas celui des Etats bourgeois, c’est celui des classes exploitées et opprimées,
des travailleurs, du prolétariat international, la seule classe qui a intérêt et qui a la force – si elle
s’organise – de mettre fin aux guerres que ses exploiteurs mènent à ses dépens. Après avoir
surmonté le point le plus bas du mouvement révolutionnaire de la classe ouvrière, il est nécessaire
que les organisations qui se situent sur le terrain du défaitisme révolutionnaire contre les guerres
du capital, sur le terrain d’un internationalisme prolétarien cohérent, se retrouvent dans des
initiatives communes. C’est le moment, avant qu’il ne soit trop tard !
Le passé compte, mais nous serons jugés sur notre capacité à relever les défis de l’avenir dans
notre période historique.

Stop à la guerre OTAN-Russie en Ukraine ! Défaitisme révolutionnaire, “L’ennemi est chez lui” !

Arrêtez le génocide à Gaza, libérez la Palestine ! Stop à l’oppression nationale, raciale, ethnique,
religieuse, partout !
Non à l’ingérence impérialiste et aux guerres par procuration au Soudan, au Congo et partout
ailleurs !
A bas le nationalisme et la xénophobie ! Internationalisme de la classe ouvrière !
