Questo testo è stato distribuito tra i lavoratori del SI Cobas più attivi, ma crediamo contenga gli elementi essenziali (detti in breve) del legame tra il 20 ottobre (sciopero generale indetto dalla gran parte del sindacalismo di base) e il 21 ottobre (giornata di mobilitazione contro la guerra tra NATO e Russia in Ucraina e la tendenza alla moltiplicazione dei fattori di guerre inter-capitalistiche), e il “perché andiamo a Ghedi” il sabato 21 ottobre – elementi che possono essere ripresi e socializzati anche in altri contesti. لماذا يجب أن يذهب الكل إلى جيدي 21 أكتوبر؟
دعت نقابة سي كوباس، معية نقابات القاعدة الأخرى، إلى إضراب عام، يوم 20 أكتوبر، ضد الحروب، وضد غلاء المعيشة، وعدم الاستقرار، وللحصول على زيادات معممة في الأجور تكون متساوية مع التضخم. سيكون الإضراب ضد حكومة ميلوني التي ألغت دخل المواطنة، وتريد الزيادة أيضا في تقليص ميزانية الإنفاق الصحي والاجتماعي، بينما تزيد من ميزانية الإنفاق العسكري ومن أجل قمع نضالات الشغيلين والمهاجرين الوافدين.
وستنظم نقابة سي كوباس ـ معية قوى اجتماعية وسياسية أخرى متضامنة مع نضالاتنا ـ في اليوم الموالي، أي يوم السبت 21 أكتوبر، مظاهرة حول نفس هذه الأهداف، ببلدية جيدي (المتواجدة بالقرب من بريشيا). ندعو كل شغيلي وشغيلات منظمتنا للمشاركة فيها لتكون أكبر مظاهرة قدر الإمكان.
لم الذهاب إلى جيدي؟ سنذهب من أجل أن نصرخ بأكبر قدر من القوة عن رفضنا للحرب: لا للحرب، رفضنا للحرب في أوكرانيا بين الناتو وروسيا، ،رفضنا لباقي الحروب الأخرى التي يتم الاستعداد لها، التي تعتبر حروبا ضدنا نحن البروليتاريون، ومن أجل أن نؤكد بعزيمة أكثر قوة أنه يجب على البروليتاري العالم أن يتحدوا ليضعوا حدا للحروب المشتعلة في الواجهة ويمنعوا تلك التي يتم الاستعداد لها.
تعتبر مدينة جيدي، بنواجي بريشيا، المكان الأفضل للتظاهر، لأنها قاعدة الهجوم الرئيسية للقوات العسكرية الجوية الايطالية. وهي في الوقت نفسه، مستودع لبعض عشرات قنابل الناتو النووية.
كانت تعمل منذ 1915، خلال الحرب العالمية الأولى؛ وكانت أكثر نشاطا في الحرب العالمية الثانية، حينما كانت قاعدة هجوم كل من القوات العسكرية الجوية الايطالية و نظيرتها النازية: لوفتواف.
وقد حولتها فرقة الجيش الأمريكي الخامسة منذ أبريل 1945 إلى معسكر اعتقال لأسرى الحرب الألمان وتم استرجاعها سنة 1951 للدولة الايطالية.
وقد لعبت مدينة جيدي، في الثلاثين سنة الأخيرة دورا مهما في التفجيرات الإجرامية كل من ضد الشعب العراقي، والشعب اليوغسلافي والأفغاني ـ وقد تحولت أجزاء كاملة من قاعدتها خلال هذه الحروب إلى الدوحة وباجرام لتكون أكثر قربا من الأهداف المراب ضربها.
هذه القاعدة، إذن، هي مكان لبرمجة وإنتاج كل من الموت والدمار. وقد تمت الإشادة بدورها بفخر في مناسبة الذكرى المئوية لبنائها من قبل رؤساء الأركان الجوية: “ماض عمره مائة عام يجب النظر إليه باحترام، وشغف، الشغف كبير، وكفاءة عرفت كيف تقود بتحفيز خارق، على كل من المستويين الأدبي والأخلاقي، الأعمال البطولية والقرارات الشجاعة“. “شغف، الشغف كبير”، أكيد: شغف جياش في تدمير أرواح وتخريب مدن وقرى وحقول وأراض! كلمات رديئة.
وتستعد قاعدة جيدي الآن لاستقبال أحدث القنابل الذرية (B61-12) وقاذفات جديدة من نوع F-35… إنها تستعد لحروب جديدة….
سنتظاهر بهذه الشعارات المكتوبة على اللافتة: لنوحد الجهود ضد حروبهم! التي ستعطي الانطلاقة للمـظاهرة، سنتظاهر أمام تلك القاعدة، معية حتى رفاق من بلدان أخرى، يناضلون مثلنا، ضد الحروب الرأسمالية، لأن الحروب التي تدور رحالها الآن في أوكرانيا وفي عدة أماكن أخرى في العالم هي حروب رأسمالية وحروب من أجل الرأسماليين، وليست حروبنا. حربنا الوحيدة حقا هي تلك اليت سنخوضها ضد أرباب العمل، وحكومتهم، ودولهم وأجهزتهم العسكرية من أجل أن نتحرر نهائيا من الاستغلال ومن القمع. .
Why should everyone go to Ghedi on October 21st?
On October 20th SI Cobas and other grassroots unions called a general strike against the war, the high cost of living, precariousness, to obtain general increases in wages equal to inflation.
The strike will be against the Meloni government which has eliminated citizenship income, wants to further cut health and social spending, while increasing military spending and for the repression of workers’ and immigrants’ struggles.
The next day, Saturday 21 October, SI Cobas organizes – together with other social and political forces in solidarity with our struggles – a demonstration on these same objectives in Ghedi (near Brescia). All the workers of our organization are called to participate in this demonstration so that it is as large as possible.
Why go to Ghedi?
To shout with the greatest possible force our NO to the war, to the war in Ukraine between NATO and Russia, and to the other wars in preparation which are all wars against us proletarians, and to affirm with equal force that the proletarians of the whole world must unite to put an end to ongoing wars and prevent those that are preparing.
Ghedi, near Brescia, is the best place to do this from, because it is the main attack base of the Italian Air Force. And it is at the same time the repository of several dozen NATO nuclear bombs.
It has been operational since 1915 during the First World War; it was even more operational in the Second World War, when it was the attack base of both the Italian air force and the Luftwaffe, the Nazi military air force. From April 1945 the US Fifth Army transformed it into a concentration camp for German prisoners of war, and then returned it to the Italian state in 1951.
Over the last thirty years Ghedi has played an important role in the criminal bombings against the people of Iraq, Yugoslavia and Afghanistan – during those wars entire parts of the Ghedi base were moved to Doha and Bagram to be closer to the targets to hit. This base is, therefore, a place of planning and production of death and destruction.
Its role was proudly claimed on the occasion of the centenary of its construction by the heads of the air force: “A 100-year past to be looked at with respect, passion, a lot of passion and competence which together with an incredible motivational, ethical and moral drive they knew how to lead heroic deeds and courageous decisions”. “Passion, a lot passion”… in destroying lives and devastating cities, villages, fields and territories! Now the Ghedi base is preparing to receive the latest generation atomic bombs (B61-12) and the new F-35 bombers… it is preparing for new wars…
In front of that base, together with comrades from other countries fighting, like us, against the wars of capital, we will demonstrate with this slogan in the banner that will open the procession: LET’S JOIN FORCES AGAINST THEIR WARS! – because the wars underway in Ukraine and in many other places in the world are wars of the capitalists and for the capitalists, they are not our wars.
The only war that is truly ours is the one against the masters, their governments, their states and their military apparatus to free us once and for all from exploitation and oppression.
Perché tutti a Ghedi il 21 ottobre?
Il giorno 20 ottobre il SI Cobas ha indetto, insieme ad altri sindacati di base uno sciopero generale contro la guerra, il carovita, la precarietà, per ottenere aumenti generalizzati del salario pari all’inflazione. Lo sciopero sarà contro il governo Meloni che ha eliminato il reddito di cittadinanza, vuole tagliare ancora la spesa sanitaria e sociale, mentre aumenta la spesa militare e per la repressione delle lotte dei lavoratori e degli immigrati.
Il giorno dopo, sabato 21 ottobre, il SI Cobas organizza – insieme con altre forze sociali e politiche solidali con le nostre lotte – una manifestazione su questi stessi obiettivi a Ghedi (vicino Brescia). Tutti i lavoratori e le lavoratrici della nostra organizzazione sono chiamati a partecipare a questa manifestazione perché sia la più grande possibile.
Perché andare a Ghedi? Per gridare con la massima forza possibile il nostro NO alla guerra, alla guerra in Ucraina tra NATO e Russia, e alle altre guerre in preparazione che sono tutte guerre contro noi proletari, e per affermare con altrettanta forza che i proletari di tutto il mondo debbono unirsi per mettere fine alle guerre in corso e impedire quelle che si preparano.
Ghedi, nelle vicinanze di Brescia, è il luogo migliore da cui farlo, perché è la principale base di attacco dell’aeronautica militare italiana. Ed è al tempo stesso il deposito di alcune decine di bombe nucleari della NATO.
È operativa dal 1915 durante la prima guerra mondiale; è stata ancor più operativa nella seconda guerra mondiale, quando fu la base di attacco sia dell’aeronautica militare italiana che della Luftwaffe, l’aeronautica militare nazista. Dall’aprile 1945 la V Armata statunitense la trasformò in un campo di concentramento per i prigionieri di guerra tedeschi, e poi la riconsegnò nel 1951 allo stato italiano.
Negli ultimi trent’anni Ghedi ha avuto un ruolo importante nei criminali bombardamenti contro i popoli dell’Iraq, della Jugoslavia e dell’Afghanistan – nel corso di quelle guerre intere parti della base di Ghedi furono spostate a Doha e Bagram per essere più vicine agli obiettivi da colpire.
Questa base è, quindi, un luogo di programmazione e produzione di morte e distruzione. Il suo ruolo è stato rivendicato con orgoglio in occasione del centenario della sua costruzione dai capi dell’aeronautica: “Un passato di 100 anni da guardare con rispetto, passione, tanta passione e competenza che insieme ad un’incredibile spinta motivazionale, etica e morale sapevano guidare gesta eroiche e decisioni coraggiose“. “Passione, tanta passione”, certo: nel distruggere vite e devastare città, villaggi, campi e territori!
Ora la base di Ghedi si sta preparando a ricevere le bombe atomiche di ultima generazione (B61-12) e i nuovi bombardieri F-35… si prepara per nuove guerre…
Davanti a quella base, insieme a compagni anche di altri paesi in lotta, come noi, contro le guerre del capitale, manifesteremo con questa parola d’ordine nello striscione che aprirà il corteo: UNIAMO LE FORZE CONTRO LE LORO GUERRE! – perché le guerre in corso in Ucraina e in tanti altri luoghi del mondo sono guerre dei capitalisti e per i capitalisti, non sono guerre nostre. La sola guerra davvero nostra è quella contro i padroni, i loro governi, i loro stati e i loro apparati militari per liberarci una volta per tutte dallo sfruttamento e dall’oppressione.
